Favorite Leather
For me, the most rounded, unrounded fragrance ever. After Rhinoceros (2014, unfortunately reformulated, now as a 2017 version but no longer good...) I can't smell another leather scent without smiling disappointed and tired. Full of aggression, volume and dominance. This is the scent I wore to get promoted or on days when I needed "someone by my side" to give me strength. You smell freaky, the entire hallway smells like you - hours after I left. A sensation for me - leather, green woods, slightly "medicinal" and definitely "whisky", in the most beguiling way I've ever had my nose.

Zoologist should be ashamed to have discontinued this one, and I'm going to write directly to the perfumer to see if he can copy it for me privately.

For me in the top 3 of all time. Would even say, if I could keep only one more, I would take this one.

So "own" that the recognition value is higher than even with Black Afgano or Duro

Duro as Attar - a fragrance forever
Duro combines for me everything I've been desperately looking for in one scent. Leather / heavy / smoke / wood / density and when I smell the, my eyes roll back and I lose my mind briefly. Unfortunately, after a (solid) 12 hours, all the Extrait de Parfum has on me is a cashmeran note that is boring and nauseating. The solution: the oil remains linear on the (without top note as with all Nasomatto) middle of the fragrance.

To that, I have to say that this idea of putting out tiny, beautifully designed 4ml bottles that are quasi-"western attars" is so genius that I immediately had to have them ALL. ALL of them.

Duro on top of that is one of the few challenging scents that got me "wow, what is that" and "oh, you smell so grossly awesome again". (Absurdly also at Fantomas, contrary to the bad reviews here and at fragrantica).

My dad even ordered this for himself directly (and he's far from having a whole room full of bottles, samples and bottlings stacked to the ceiling). Gualtieri - great work

Not all myths are true - this one is!
What had I not imagined everything before I ordered this one. Smelling Great Youtuber Sebastian has it in his "Top 20 for Life", Aaron Terence Hughes even rated as "good and very smart". Both often meet my taste and for 33 euros you can hardly go wrong.

Nathalie Lorson is known for her huge selection of designer fragrances in the low-price segment, but manages very well to make fragrances still seem "expensive".

Bentley for Men Intense smells for me neither of "whiskey", which is otherwise often claimed. It smells for me like "designer wood",what gabz clearly by aroma chemicals smells, thereby easily portable, linear, pleasant and will also provoke "you smell good somehow" in others. It smells like the sharpener of a pencil that is full. But in addition (and this is just designer vs. niche) simply "diffuse" woody/super pleasant, absolutely interesting, really very pleasant and I have the bottle meanwhile open in the bathroom to smell it between. For anyone who otherwise likes designers that smell dark/woody: try it. For anyone who otherwise loves niche or even indie that smells like amber/wood etc. Smell: don't expect more than "smells good", but just not complex. For me super before bed, for sports or times so in between. Smells definitely like one of the highest quality designers and lasts about 6 hours on the skin. On clothes also like times 2 days

Fear becomes a classic. The name says it all.
With the reviews here, I have so much angat for this scent that I had to order it. Blind Buy. As an absolute lover of Gualtieri, however, I was sure it would be at least "interesting". For all those who found Drydown. Eo Nasomatto as too "dry" or too heavy - I only smell cashmeran in the Drydown with Duro. Not so with the oil, the oil stays closer to the skin but the notes are better matched for that - so Fantomas is possibly even better as an oil.... Try the extrait now too and we'll see.

About Fantomas: beautiful bottle, exciting colour (that's always perfectly matched with Nasomatto, too, and you can sort of find the colour of the perfume in the smell). Grey/blue.

Off on the back of the hand...2min wait...a short shock, because it smells GOOD! However, there is one note in it that grosses me out (so right with sinking feeling in my stomach).... Vinyl/PVC/Milk. It fades after 15min though and what's left with me is a mix of duro with plastic and "artificial" melon. Definitely the strangest scent I've ever smelled after hundreds of perfumes tested. Then I woke up the next morning and had a "craving" for the scent. A craving, as it were, like certain foods. A desire for Fantomas. I wanted something different. Still, a little scared of it too. It's going to be one of my favourites
