I really wanted to love you.....
Oh, how excited I was for you!!
Vanilla and leather.. Mmh, exactly my type..
I called, scoured the internet, searched and searched...and suddenly you appeared,
without hesitation, you were immediately tossed into the shopping cart.
Your proud price of about 260 euros didn't scare me off.
No!! I want you.
I absolutely want to love you.
I never want to let you go.. You should be mine.

Said and done.. I joyfully started sharing at the same time.. The whole Parfumo world should know, my love is available.. Oh, what long days of waiting it was.. Excited like a little child waiting for Santa Claus, I waited for my Christmas gift.. The UPS driver :-)

Finally, there you were.. Elegant, in a black-gold bottle. The velvet pouch is meant to protect your wonderful body. Wow, you look great, feel good. You are definitely a true lady..

There was no time wasted.. All available body parts that were "free of scent" were generously sprayed. Oh, yes, and now I am so curious about you... I really want to love you........

At first, a strong leather scent hits my nose.. Not delicate and reserved... No, wet, rough suede that lashes at my nose to clear its path... The Bourbon vanilla doesn't take long to show up... Initially still finely dosed, after a few minutes the whole thing intensifies and the entire pod can be smelled. Unsweetened, not intrusive, but surrounded by a beautiful aura.. The leather becomes soft and velvety because of it. A beautiful moment. The vanilla is fantastically intertwined with the leather. Oh, it could have been so beautiful with us......

But then...... What is that? Suddenly a note appears that I don't like at all.
Piercing, slightly biting and scratchy. I suspect it's oud, which always develops very unpleasantly on my skin. I'm not entirely sure about this. In any case, there is still a note in the scent progression that is not mentioned.
This piercing note is very bothersome to me personally.. The leather and this wonderful vanilla are periodically overshadowed by this scratchiness.. It's a play of emotions.
The scent is constantly changing. It's always a back and forth. Sometimes the leather wins, sometimes the vanilla, or this strange something that has insidiously crept into the scent...
No thought of stagnation.....

In the meantime, the neighbor's cat occasionally comes to visit.. She purrs lightly, but is well-behaved and doesn't bother anyone. (good, good)

Surely Mr. Kurkdjian wanted to give the scent a few little edges and corners. For me personally, these are stumbling blocks that I could have done without.

Wavelike, the scent continues like this for the next 2-3 hours. Very idiosyncratic and above all not boring..
Each individual note tries to push forward again and again!
After that, the scent calms down a bit.. No more loud battles for dominance.
The vanilla embraces the now buttery soft leather, saffron rounds it all off.

From the 4th hour on, the scent is again bearable and pleasant to smell for me. Just like in the initial base, only lighter and cozier on the skin.
The longevity is about 10 hours, and I rate the sillage in the medium range.

After 3 days of testing!!!...
A nearly stiff neck, a frustrated family (because everyone had to
constantly sniff test) and a somewhat disappointed Uennikatze :-( .......,
I have come to the conclusion:
You are a very idiosyncratic, but still noble and high-quality lady.
You are wearable for both genders and definitely worth a test!!
If my silly skin chemistry hadn't gotten in the way,
oh yes, then I would really love you and want you with me....

Despite everything, I like you, and I am sure that someone else will truly appreciate you!!

What a pity.. Because I really wanted to love you........
