Inexpensive! Almost a gift
"Wow," I thought just shortly after the first spray.
Since I only ordered a sample of a cheap Lattafa, I didn't expect high-quality niche quality.
What you get here, however, is extremely well done for the price!
Honestly, the big designer houses you find at Douglas and Müller can be glad that brands like Lattafa are not sold there....because then they would really have a tough time with this competition. The high prices & margins would no longer be justified with today's often diluted designer scents that are so well-known.
Lattafa manages to bring a very high-quality tea scent to the market.
This does not go in the direction of an LV Imagination. Liam is more like a black tea mixed with milk.
No citrus, but milky creaminess is the focus.
Vanilla & tonka bean give it sweetness.
Cardamom adds a touch of seduction.
And the ever-popular iris creates a bit of powderiness.
I would estimate the longevity on me to be around 4 hours. After that, it became faint. However, I only sprayed it 3 times. With double the sprays, you would definitely perceive it longer and stronger. That wouldn't be a problem at this price.
The sillage is absolutely fine. The scent is definitely noticeable in close proximity for the first few hours. You wouldn't expect a beast mode performer with this scent profile anyway.
Overall, a great everyday scent, well-suited for the office, at home, for shopping, etc.
Not really for partying or making a big impression.
