Need_U - Like-U
A bit of pencil, a bit of citrus, a little hard to define cotton cloud soft light sweetness and a lot of fresh air.
It must be exactly one year ago that I made this blind purchase in the context of a sample order among colleagues. The description and the bottle appealed to me somehow.

Then this fragrance came in its pretty little box, and I was badly disappointed at first.
Sprayed on. Didn't smell anything. Air. Och nöööö!
(Somehow I have the feeling that a fragrance has to "mature" somehow on the way out of the bottle, over the tube onto the skin. That this is not the first time this happened to me......)
After several attempts Need_U finally came to life and became one of the few non-priced fragrances that I like extremely well.

Woody-fresh without being too woody.
No exaggerated citrus bomb (Like Light Blue. which was mentioned here and at least in the girl's version reminds me a lot of apple and lemon - don't get it wrong, I like it. In midsummer.)
Slight breeze, but not too windy.
One of my favorites
Conspicuous inconspicuous.
Weird and boring at the same time.
Cool for everyday, if you're not looking for the usual suspicious light plörrenl that everyone wears anyway.

I'm going to be a repeat offender and I'm going to buy the big bottle soon!

The new wave
Ahem...
It's November, and nobody has spoken yet?
But I'm disappointed.
All right, I'll start.

On one of those summer evenings in 2018, when it was too warm to move in most regions of Germany, this commercial came on.
The one in which people who were too beautiful were too busy in blue water when the weather was too perfect. Cool Water Promotion at its best.
At the end then the reference to the new Cool Water Wave.

Uh, what now? Wave new?
Can't be, it's right here with me. One of my Favs.
Newly bottled or what?
What the fuck??????????

But this vial, this vial, this flashy blue vial - the Caribbean poured into glass, I must have it, absolutely......

So off to the perfumery of my trust, locate situation.
First test in the turquoise perfumery shows: Delicious, portable. Does not last long.
No wonder in the hot July 2018, when sweat eats even the most intense fragrance

I tried it again four weeks later and 8 degrees less.
And the scent immediately taken along.
Although I find 30 Euro for 30ml Eau de Toilette nevertheless quite steepig....
but this vial...

Few words about the new Wave:
I like this scent.
For an EdT it lasts amazingly long - on me, well creamed and pampert, up to 8 hours.

As I said in my statement below, it is neither Cool nor Water.
When I look at the allegedly contained notes, I see little of it.
Lime smells different - at least in Caipi :)
I can't judge the Japanese pear.
The jasmine and the amber, together with the rest of the notes, result in a wonderful note of warm orange juice.
It is beautiful, but not fresh, but really warm.
It surrounds you, it penetrates you - it has something embracing, comforting about it when woman smelcht is up.......
A fragrance for autumn.
If a tick of cinnamon was added, we would have the optimal Xmas scent.

If you can buy, you don't have to abeer.

Men's scent - oh, I need it!
"You smell like a marzipan Easter egg," my colleague said to me
I had Cool Water Night Dive on my skin. The variant for boys.
Purchased for a ridiculous price at XXX, where it was erroneously labelled as women's fragrance.
Actually, I should have seen from the packaging that it is not Cool Mädels Water, but I got into it anyway.

It makes me a bit angry now that the smell has been so badly torn up here so far. He doesn't deserve that.
It's just a bit 90s - I remember well that the boy of hearts at that time wore sweet scents like Relax and Background. Nowadays men are all over each other with Mugler's Amen - a fragrance I prefer to smell on women as well

I like Night Dive
Even though I cannot recognize much of what is described in the fragrance pyramid.
The mint in the prelude has a clear smell - but it is a "steamed" mint, more like chewing gum - Spearmint? The fruits are probably dried fruits, cashmeran, which I usually smell more deadly everywhere, but unfortunately I don't recognize it here.
Tobacco, suede? Not in my nose.

What remains on the skin in the end was wonderfully put into words by my colleague: Quote see above.
What remains is a sweet chord of marzipan / amaranth aromas, which at least for me lasts forever, which I find very pleasant - I could bathe in it.

I'd better push again:
I am a meedchen - advanced age and young fragrances in general not averse to it.

I would definitely not recommend this fragrance to any man
I don't want to smell him on some guy that I'm supposed to take seriously
But tough girls should try it out - it's better than the whole brigade of flowery orientated chick scents.

Love, Chrischi
