realistic oatmeal cookies
oatmeal cookies in a wonderfully eclectic way. i blind bought a 10ml of this alongside a bunch of other things from this house and again i’m so in love! i was expecting a cloying aspect but there’s absolutely none, sweet but in a grounded and well orientated way! initial impressions get a burst from the chamomile which i enjoy – makes me feel like i’m being steeped in a tender chamomile cream tea rain and being fed oatmeal cookies by a warm fire. the raisins are also definitely present which is really nice because i’ve never smelt raisin in perfume, honestly makes it a photorealistic oatmeal cookie to me.
absolutely love this perfume and since it’s cold and went the majority of time where i live ( england ) i can get the full use out of this! even then, i don’t think this would be cloying in any sense as it’s not ridiculously sweet and the blend is so lovely.
not sure if i’d get a full bottle of this but the 10ml is a nice way to experience it! :)

to start this off, I’m half italian so the nostalgia that comes packed into this bottle is lethal ( positive. ) i wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered a sample of this as i’m always sceptical with coffee notes as most of the time they’re unholy and synthetic but this, it’s beautiful. accurately paints a picture of a warm chocolate coffee by the lake in spring, floral scented wind slipping through your fingers as the sun sets over the water.
a lot of my time was spent with italian family and in an odd way, perfume like this captures their spirit much more than the general “citrus” that most will label italian inspired. in this i feel home, it makes me miss early summers in my little village hometown, being the youngest at a table of elders with freshly made meals in front of us. this is a hard one to describe with smells as it’s more an experience, please try it for yourself!
