Art in its purest form
What a multi-faceted perfume house.
I tried Rosa Umami from Zanini which is not listed here yet and i was absolutely blown away.
I got this perfume(IL principio) as a gift and boy, o boy...
Superb Superb Superb.
Don't sleep on this house.
It is as artisanal as it gets.
If you thought Slumberhouse or Pineward were superb quality(Both are amazing aswell), i personally would rank Zanini above, due to the reasons of multifaceted perfumes and quality is higher.

Contrasts of darkness and light
This is a showstopper.
It's the pinnacle of vanilla.
And not the sweet, cheap, light-beige texture type of vanilla you can find in normal perfumes.
This one is justt... succulent, heavy, but at the same time lightweight. Dark, and light.
I'm still trying to figure out how its stapled formula wise, because its like smelling the vanilla stick, and textures of oud, coffee and other elements that just wrap it nicely.
The star is the vanilla, but this perfume is just.. impeccable. I'm still spraying it once i sleep and wake up to a room filled with vanilla, vanilla, vanilla.
I don't fancy long reviews but i just cant get enough of it.
Approx 200€ for 12ml, but im telling you.
1 spray is enough to open a time machine in terms of how it develops.
Never astrigent. Nor troublesome.

Rose of the roses.
The best rose centered fragrance ever created.
Chilly, sour rose, water, breeze,
Stupidly good, and amazing quality.
Oh boy, i wish these types of oils were more available, since theyre extremely hard to find.
This is a scent you pass on to kids and grand kids, just to show them how it should be done

Probably the best floriental ever
A masterpiece from uncle roger.
This is one lf the best if not the best floriental ever, rose/oud beauty with aldehydes(aldehydes is rojas signature).
The perfume starts with a burst of citruses, mixed with rose, and oud.
I'm not sure if theres batch variations, but the older ones with paper label etc, smelled more opulent, refined and had depth to it.
Neither way, if you want to smell like a sheikh, this is the smell to go for

Fruity/Oud concoction
Non- offensive, fruit and oud concoction with lots of aldehydes.
For lovers of fruit, and oud.
Middle east meets french perfumery.
A great perfume for daily wear
Superb presentation as always, and i look forward for new releases.
Maybe bolder?
Either way, value for money is ok, but a bit on the expensive side
