1st test - a sweet root, not very peppery, if an espresso could be "floral", sweetened with a very vegetal raw sugar. insane longevity!

didnt like it at first but it grew on me the 2nd try. a surprising tart note - maybe dates? i dont get playdoh but def a starchy vanilla
