That would probably spark a national uprising against GEMA, a company doing usage rights in Germany. And laissez-fair is not exactly a Teutonic characteristic .. As to what they block, I have no idea until I am to find out.
Anyway, your very considerate offer is much appreciated. Indeed, you ought to tailor your posts to GEMA politics so that I don't have to suffer from exclusion.
