I think the questioner is not concerned with brands, but with ‘perfume manufacturer associations’
We don't have such a clear rule, it depends on the case.
For example: A brand states: ‘Our perfume was developed by IFF perfumers A and B.’
In this case, the names of the perfumers would suffice, it doesn't matter where they are employed.
Example 2: A brand states "Our perfume was developed by IFF with the collaboration of perfumers A and B"
Here it is not clear whether perfumers A and B were the only ones involved in the fragrance, or whether other IFF perfumers were involved, so you could enter all three here, i.e. the names of those mentioned plus IFF.
In case of doubt, however, it is always better to give the specific names than the company, so you never go wrong.
