NYC-based niche perfumeries

I'll be visiting NYC next week for Pride, and I know that a TON of perfumeries have storefronts in the city, but there are way too many to make a decision on which stores to visit in my limited time outside of the Pride Festival.

I was wondering if anyone on Parfumo, more familiar with the city, had any recommendations for niche perfumers I should visit, preferably around Greenwich Village

They're located in Nolita, just above Little Italy. Google Maps will be your friend, and wear comfortable shoes. Starting on Elizabeth St., you have Scent Bar. Across the street is Le Labo. Nest Fragrances is also there. Walk over to Prince St. and you will find Mizensir. Across the street you will find Diptyque. Walk down to Mulberry St and you will find D.S. and Durga. Also on Mulberry St. is Osswald NYC.

Further down Prince St., Penhaligons recently opened a new boutique. Go to 16A Orchard St. And you will find Aedes Perfumery. On Crosby St you will find Feuguia 1833. At 285 Lafayette St. You will find Santa Maria Novella.

This list is incomplete. It's listing shops I go to when I'm in the city, or shops I intend to visit. I'm sure others here will have more suggestions.

Have fun at the festival.
