Got scammed on Souk

Hello,

I am new here and i am here to buy perfume/samples from souk Germany.
So i have sent this seller 22 euro. Ever since than he turned silent and stopped acting like a seller.
Later i google searched his labeled bottle and the same image popped up on a russian factory site and a brittish site that has got nothing to do with perfume. The seller keeps me on delay with minimum respons and in the meantime tries to get his split offers filled. 

I have wroten on his wall and warned fellow buyers to be carefull with this seller. My comment has been removed from his wall.
And he can do his thing.  I will submit a chargeback and get his paypal account terminated, thats not the problem

But what is Parfumo doing to stop scammers? where can i report this fake seller?
I mean why you keep this place so attractive for scammers? What is been done to stop this?

I thought Souk is active after some time and amount of user activity on the platform 🤔

Hi, I was also scammed at the souk by another seller, with decants from LVT. and all my posts on the scammer's page were removed. I understand the administrators' reasoning. However, there should be a place on the website to report scammers because several people were harmed by that person when I was, and also afterwards. Unfortunately, there was nothing I could do. The only thing left to do is report it to the police. The person is no longer able to sell at the souk, though.

I also found complaints of scammers on the parfumo souk on Facebook, which is why i think it is no longer reliable.

Yes, but some users use bots and pop a ton of fake reviews at once which gives them enough Parfumo points to apparently be able to start being active sooner on Souk.

The mentioned user had like 1 or 2 points when i checked

Since Manifeste forwarded my thread here, I’ll go ahead and divulge the information of the scammer I've encountered. He goes by Luxury89, anyone who moderates this further can contact me directly to give out the PayPal info he gave me. He has attempted to steal 180€ from me, which I am resolving.

He scammed me for €400 by delaying the swap until he received my package and ghosted me. I know of atleast 3 others who also got scammed but he keeps deleting the wall posts. However someone has gone to the police and if we all follow they will have to take action because of the size of the scam

He went radio silent after my payment of 50 € for alleged Amouage decants.

Maybe a bit naive from my side since he has no wall posts and i forgot to search the photo of the bottles he sent. The image was posted on reddit 1 year ago. 😆

Scumbag blocked me... sad thing is noone is doing anything about it and he can still freely use souk.

Problem solved and i got my money returned. 

I don't recommend anyone to pay with paypal f&f.  the review/pin wall system is broken, you can easily make your pin wall look good to look trustable.  parfumo does not do anything to stop scammers.

Not to be a dick but I would have blocked you too, with meaningless threats of "posts being here forever!" after he responded that it's only been three days and being pushy. That conversation could've gone better.
