I purchased a 50ml bottle of Vanilla Planifolia in a department store. It has the details on the bottom of the bottle etched in. I have since bought Chene 50ml and Cedrus Intense in the larger 150ml bottle. The cedrus intense has a sticker on the bottom. Is this normal for the bigger size to have a sticker?
would love opinions/legit check before I take action with seller.

Although companies may switch to different types of labeling - sticker, engrave etc. You need more symptoms to think it's fake. Differences in bottle' quality, cap, box is important too. Hope you can hear from large bottle owner 🤗

Thank you so much for your reply! I hadn’t heard of that site, but will use it next time I make a purchase.
I got rid of the box straight away as the bottle quality, lid weight and texture all felt really good. The scent seemed milder than what I’d sampled in store, but I put it down to scent overload in the store when I first tried it. I don’t know why on earth I didn’t think to check the bottom of the bottle when it arrived.
I think I had a moment of second guessing , but will leave the poor seller alone unless someone chimes in to say their larger sized bottle doesn’t have a sticker 😆

I agree with your statement. The bottle, box and lid all made me feel at ease when it first arrived. Texture on lid and paper were really good. Box felt textured and lettering etc all spaced evenly.
I sprayed myself with it tonight thinking I really should make a call off the smell rather than a sticker. My daughter sent me a text whilst I was out walking the dogs asking what perfume I was wearing because her room still smelled delicious after I’d been in it. Think I’ve gone nose blind to it because to me it was so weak.
still keen to know if anyone else who owns any of the range can chime in on whether the bottles are etched or have stickers.

Sauvage Elixir comparison. And guess what? A guy had a real and fake bottle with exact the same batch 😱 Only other elements exposed a fake :/

Frightening ! We can expect the quality of bottle/cap/sprayer to give it away, but the fake is not that obvious anymore.
