Tobacolor real or fake ?

I Bought this bottle of tobacolor without thinking much from a community seller, i am paranoid by the label placement on the box, is this real ?

Is the cap magnetic? Also, check the back of the sticker on the bottle. There must be some faint grey text printed on the back of the label (the address, Made in France, etc.). Check the atomizer, the plastic tube should be almost invisible... If it's fake you will see the plastic tube in the bottle... 

Label placement on the bottle looks pretty shady as well.

I’ve confirmed it’s a fake, though the bottle is extremely well-made and shows barely any signs of it at first glance. However, I found two listings—one on a Japanese site and another on a Malaysian site—both selling the exact same bottle. Both listings have the label placed higher up, the same batch code, and the QR code directs to Dior New Look instead of Tobacolor. They were both priced around $40, which was the final giveaway. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund.

The CD monogram at the top of the atomizer is highly suspicious.
