... Hey! So I’m not an expert on this and I mean I don’t know how a SHL is supposed to look but somethings off about this one. Maybe it is the writing on the box or the label bottle itself. Though I don’t know if there even are fakes of this around.

... saurus I’m looking for the perfect fragrance for my sister. She loves gourmand scents, especially those with a strong caramel note, but now she’s searching for something more oriental and seductive. For example, she really likes "The Scent Elixir for Her | Hugo Boss" , but she’s hoping to find something more woody and intense. It should be feminine, spicy, seductive and not too floral, yet versatile enough to layer with gourmand scents — something perfect for a night out. Can anybody help me? :( Well I’m no woman but if she’s into just regular designer scents and something spicy for a night out it could be "L'Interdit (Eau de Parfum Rouge) | Givenchy". You should let her try it! Only downside is it does have some floral mid notes but it should do the trick.

... Ceesie I strongly disagree. Have you ever smelled "Sécrétions Magnifiques | Etat Libre d'Orange" ? Case closed😂 Well actually I haven’t, maybe when I get my nose on it I will indeed change my opinion haha. But still there are some people out there who love it not for the smell but appreciate the art behind it

... Now this might seem a bit obvious and now that I’m writing this it probably is, but I’m going to share this with you all anyway. So I saw a video of this but on a different subject a while ago and it made me realise something. Every perfume is someone’s favourite. Like for example I had the pleasure to try Simeone Andreoli’s “Sunplosion” 2 days ago and I did not like it. Like at all. Then, when I went to parfumo to write a statement about it, I saw someone who just give it straight 10’s, saying it was his favourite fragrance OAT. This just goes to show that there is not a single perfume that is disliked by everyone, there is always someone out there who adores it. And because we all have different tastes (duhh) there are so many fragrances! There is something for everyone on this world. I just find this wholesome to think about. Let me know what you guys think about this!

I would love something sweet this time For sure I would like something sweet too. What can be sweet from a garden? Honey, fruits…? I don’t know but looking at the bottle on the website it seems like it will be something else. Probably more on the earthy/green side

Need recommendations for a summer fragrance for men

... Mateei I'm pretty new to fragrances since the fall of 2024, so not only do I have a small collection, but I also have no summer fragrance, and I need inspiration on what to get. I have "Phantom Parfum | Rabanne" and "Valentino Uomo Born In Roma Intense | Valentino". I know it's not a lot and even though I can wear them in the evening, which I will, I need to find something to wear during the day. And I have no idea because my local store only displays a couple of summer fragrances right now. After all, it's still cold, but I do need to find something, so please tell me your summer fragrances and ones u recommend so I can find something to wear this summer. If you’re really new to fragrances and want something for the summer I would definitely reccomend "Corallium (Eau de Parfum) | Carthusia" It is currently on notino for €68 for a bottle of 100ml. It’s like a mildly spicy but fresh cheapie. You should check it out

... Tzapan We must explain the note orange blossom is not flowers of orange tree but flowers of bitter orange tree which turn to an essence with a solvent. Bitter orange tree is also mentioned as petigrain but this note refers to the twigs of the tree and peel of green bitter orange and leaves. Then there is the note neroli which derives from flowers of the bitter orange tree but with a proper distillation. * thank u for all details @Aspasia0 What is your favorite orange flower fragrance? "Noir Extreme Parfum | Tom Ford" (i just wished it didn't go so fast to the drydown) "Bvlgari Man Wood Neroli | Bvlgari" "Slowdive | Hiram Green" is a great orange blossom scent. Although the note is not verh prominent you should definitely check it out! I just wrote my review on it.

Floral but long lasting

... Cerrydomates Best perfume that i have is gucci - flora gorgeous gardenia. I absolutely love the floral scent. However it doesn’t last-AT ALL. I havee also used armani - my way intense, it is very good and lasts relatively good, but it is not my scent. I find myself always wishing gorgeous gardenia to last long. What are your recommendations for me? I have been searching for a year now and smelled several perfumes in stores but i still have a hard time finding my signature scent. I hate very sugary or very vanilla scents. I like the feeling of fresh floral scents, but this time it can be a little more feminine too. It is very important for me that it lasts long also. thanks in advance! "Tubéreuse Astrale | Maison Crivelli" You wont get any better projection of white florals than tubéreuse astrale. Like its literally impossible. Some might day its too strong even… including my mom and sometimes myself. The scent is very pleasent though and super long lasting, but in my own opinion it is just kinda trying too hard to be an extrait, when it would be more enjoyable if it was an edp. Anyway im not here to give a review, but to tell you that you should try it out, you might think something completly different of it than me.

Here are my favorites: - Eilish (original) by billie eilish - Le Monde Gourmand Hazelnut L’Hun - Mix:Bar Vanilla Bourbon -finery Sweet on the Outside - sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 62 Brazilian crush - replica by the fireplace And different type of scent but: - Glossier You Dior Bois talisman is pretty similar to by the fireplace. If you like that, you should like bois talisman too. Its like sweet/smokey wood. Not my personal favourite though but check it out

... JulieDammit Personally I feel like an interesting fragrance has the most impact on me when it's on someone who dresses down. For instance my landlady sent an electrician over to make a repair recently--totally average, casual, gen z dude, jeans and sweatshirt. It was only when I shook his hand as he was leaving that I caught a whiff of greenish patchouli (or maybe oud? my nose is not great). Whatever it was, it was well-blended and unusual, and I thought 'ah, this is a low-key connoisseur of fine things.' lol I guess those are my own value judgements though. Haha yeah this is also an interesting side to it. I guess if you have the best fragrance ever it does not really matter what you wear— it’l impress anyway if its is truly good.

... But most of the times my perfumes will fit the occasion and for the occasion, I'll choose my outfit. Thanks for your reply, because I guess this is also true. I mean if you are wearing a perfume it should fit the scene as well. But then again if youre both wearing an outfit and a fragrance for an ocassion they should probably match. Oh and by the way, I love Mitsouko too, but yeah I get why you would not wear it if youre going to the grocery store.
