Recommend a rose with raspberry, resins, or patchouli

Lately I'm on a little bit of a rose kick. I've tried:

Portrait of a Lady Eau de Parfum Gorgeous. The clove and frankincense are the main players here though.

Opus XII - Rose Incense I love this one. Where POAL is dark, Rose Incense is airy and citrusy, with an ink note to keep it just weird enough.

Rosae Mundi Beautiful jammy rose with menthol patchouli. Is there another rose this gorgeous with a danker earthier patch?

Existence The rose and frankincense are so lovely but I can't take the sweet musky drydown.

Rose Pompon Eau de Toilette Flirty raspberry rose. High quality. Changed my mind on raspberry as a note. A little simple though, can't make up my mind whether I need the full bottle.

Tea Rose Eau de Toilette Cheap enough to blind buy and highly recommended by @kittea. Thanks to her and @Gourmandgrl for rose recommendations.

What do I need to try next?

I hope you like Tea Rose Eau de Toilette ! Tocade (1994) Eau de Toilette is another one I own, a cheap but nice little rose-patch, although I'm afraid to me it was more patch than rose.

Smolderose Eau de Parfum is a really lovely resinous/roasty rose. Continuing on the resin train then Cabaret is another interesting resin-rose.

Changer has Rose, Raspberry, and Patchouli, though the Rose is not the strongest of the notes

This one’s underrated- raspberry and rose. Reminds me of Delina by Parfums de Marly if the rhubarb were replaced
with raspberry, but at a much better price point. Sangria+Saffron

Try Moonlight Patchouli , a personal favorite.

Vain & Naïve is also pretty good.

Check out Rose Chérie. Definitely on the powdery side but it has a nice raspberry note as well

@kittea Just received Tea Rose! I bought the EDP since it was still quite reasonable. I could smell the most beautiful rose even before I got the box open. On skin so far I'm getting lovely green and citrus aspects of rose so far. I'll see if it fully develops into what the box smells like, still beautiful if not.

Smolderose Eau de Parfum looks amazing! Immediately to the wish list. I'm so intrigued by the burnt sea shell note. I'm also a sucker for anything of the sea (as long as it's not actually aquatic). Thank you!

Yay!! I think the thing with Tea Rose is it's super strong (even the edt is) so you have to use like, one, two sprays maximum in order to get the perfect rose. I'm so glad you like it.

Smolderose's burnt seashells are really lovely and they match very well with the rose. I feel like you'd enjoy it. (Last I checked then everything was out of stock on JSP as John was trying to get new bottles and packaging, but I totally think a sample set is worth it when they're back in business).

Don’t know if you’re into these type of brands/scents but try Moth! Just try it despite what you assume it may smell like, it’s great

It’s being discontinued, and it can currently be found at various discounters for a very good price. It's animalic, oud-forward, and quite distinctive.

@DRKSHDW Thanks so much for the recommendations! You reminded me I had a sample of Oudh Infini waiting to be sprayed on. Unfortunately, the opening was all dirty diapers on my skin. But after 15 minutes or so, a gorgeous warm feral furry creature emerged. It PURRS! I'll have to decide if I can handle the first 15 minutes.

I am shocked the Deified Tony Iommi isn’t mentioned yet 😁
