strawberry milk

... "Strawberry Crème | Candie's" was in the realm, but always wore sticky strawberry candy on me (duh to me- made by Candies). I have been layering "Fraaagola Saalaaata | Hilde Soliani Profumi" with "Vanille (Eau de Parfum) | Solinotes" works, but doesn't have the freshness I think a true strawberry and milk perfume would have. I will watch your posts for more ideas. Thank you all.

... Marketing trends either speak to you or they don't. I'm happy with what's out there some years and others not so much. I buy perfume for my brother, he is an omnivore like me. I try to find him perfumes that have a some fresh florals (they smell fantastic on him) and have interesting notes. ... I tested this brand for years and it always ended with a... no, not quite for me--too much this or that in them. Until I tried "Bracken Woman | Amouage" . Then I couldn't leave it alone and finally gave in and bought it. There is so much to smell in the ones mentioned above and very true that you have to find the one suited to you. What is funny about the perfume I have is I enjoy the day after as much as the initial spray- beautiful start to a very long finish.

... My perfume journey was sort of foisted on me. My dad was in the perfume business and I was allowed on occasion to play with the sample case. There was always a bottle of "Echt Kölnisch Wasser (Eau de Cologne) | 4711" and "Eau de Cologne Impériale | Guerlain" that my father and grandfather used everyday. I would wait for a spray and loved it. My mom wore "N°5 (Parfum) | Chanel" and "Bellodgia (Parfum) | Caron" of which I would beg for a dab of. I started to get perfume as presents from family members. The first perfume I bought with my own money was "Hope (Perfume) | Frances Denney" , but what really started this olfactory journey was the spice box in kindergarten, where unmarked bottles containing cloves, cinnamon, oregano, etc... were there to sniff and identify.

... What came to mind: "Jazz Club | Maison Margiela" "Vanille | Outremer / L'Aromarine" This can be layered with a spicy, woody perfume and is lovely by itself. "Dior Addict (2012) (Eau de Parfum) | Dior" A big vanilla, it projects and lasts. Good luck on your quest! My favorite winter perfume today is "Dark - Novacaine No. 85 | Tokyomilk"

... Yes! agree with the terms frag, juice, fume and pretty much everything else written before as annoying. This one is silly, but I dislike when "me" is inserted into a sentence for no reason, except to sound...a certain way? Like: "Could you recommend ME a perfume?"or "I sure like ME some mango". Why this bothers me I do not know and in the big picture of things it does seem silly.
