First of all, probably the best cheap Gymscent/summer fragrance that is not a clone. And for me the best of the mixed Antonio Banderas range, an insider tip. Price-performance is unbeatable, performance and quality are good for a freshie in this price range. It could easily cost €60 and run under a designer brand.
Now to the fragrance:
Opening with a sharp, citrusy freshness, dominated by green apple. Later, the lavender joins the cart, but sits quietly in the back seat. A not too strong sweetness and something woody also join in, but it remains rather fruity and green. All in all, nothing new or earth-shattering, but an uncomplicated summer fragrance that stands out from the cheap standard and doesn't have to hide from anyone. Everything is well balanced and quite smooth. Gymscent and Komplimentgetter is a pretty good description. But a white T-shirt and a beer are also a great match. The fragrance's versatility is worth emphasizing, whether for sports, dates, work, in a fat Benz or at the job center. Banderas is attractive everywhere and is reminiscent of a sports car, perfect for someone looking for an affordable all-rounder for the summer, a nice 'casual'. The direction is slightly 'Legend (Eau de Parfum) | Montblanc', although they do differ. And although I would rather say summer fragrance, it also fits well in spring or warmer fall. It's a fragrance like 'Voyage (Eau de Toilette) | Nautica', you can add it to your shopping cart for a few euros the next time you shop online and you can't really do much wrong. The perfect cheap no-brainer between Xerjoff and Roja that you can simply take with you to the lake or the swimming pool, but not one that attracts all the attention in the room. In South America it is at least somewhat well-known, in Europe it swims completely under the radar. I don't think the men's world here thinks it's so great when their perfume is called David Beckham or Enrique Iglesias or Til Schweiger, for example, which I also find off-putting. What grown man wants to wear the new Christiano Ronaldo? Long story short: I know it's weird to get the new 'Lionel Messi' or Jerome Boateng fragrance, but you should add the
Power of Seduction to your shopping cart if you're looking for a cheap no-brainer for in between or if you're trying to reach the minimum order value.
