Arrest the usual consumers!
Already 13 reviews and not even a statement? Well, then I'll at least write a little comment.
Not surprisingly, this Kölnischwasser resembles the aftershave of the same name (with the blue stripe instead of the red stripe on an otherwise identical bottle), but is much less convincing. The slightly sweet, spicy Barbershop note at the beginning is beautiful in itself, but goes much better with aftershave than with a cologne, I think. After that it gets woody, but this wood seems to have become a bit damp and therefore has a light muff tone, which doesn't quite convene.
Now I am also applying high standards to the Alpa brand, but in my opinion this is one of the weaker brands from this cult fragrance house in Groß-Meseritsch. I would say, in case of doubt, use the "blue", even if you haven't shaved at all.
I don't want to deprive the loyal reader of his own characterization of the German language version of the manufacturer's website www.alpa.cz:
"Cologne water with the scent of wood and citrus fruits, complemented with the tone of the herbal elements. Optimally for the skin of the usual consumer."
The shelf life is about as long as this comment.
