Fairy Dance Wins
A common complaint about Anna Sui perfumes is their longevity, it seems. Yes, there are other Anna Sui fragrances that disappear within a few hours on me, but Fairy Dance lasts longer.
The mandarin orange is crisp, bright and juicy, supported by the mango. The bamboo adds an interesting touch which I love, tempering it down with a scent of paper that holds your attention. If you’re not familiar with bamboo, it’s a clean-smelling note. Fairy Dance is also supported by the mustiness of vetiver nicely to create a fragrance that’s not all sickly sweet fruit. It moves on to a creamier scent as the vanilla kicks in, almost reminiscent of the old-fashioned Good Humor orange and vanilla ice cream bars, but not quite as sweet.
The bottle is chunky and the topper is a cute fairy sitting aloft and if you’re a collector, it’s a nice one to have. All in all, Fairy Dance surprised me as a tropical yet earthy fragrance with a fresh feel to it. I think it’s seasonless because of the bamboo/vetiver/vanilla notes. Daytime, sleeptime, it’s a comfortable floral fruity scent to wear. This one I truly enjoy.

Soft gummi bear floral
My impression of Fairy Dance ( not sure if it is a different one ) is that it is a soft fruity sweet scent that on me reads as gummi Bears - the nice ones made with fruit juice like the Haribo brand. I have a purse size that is labeled Anna Sui Fairy Dance . This is a light scent ( I think I may consider getting a full bottle for myself and one for my niece ), but quite pleasant . It should be very nice in spring / summer time on its own and may work layered with other scents too. Anna Sui 's bottles are often adorable or absolutely lovely so it's almost worth it just for the cute bottle. A nice scent too? Sold .

Fountain of Youth
The Anna Suis have been with me for years, and although I may be slowly outgrowing the target audience, they still attract me.

And so I couldn't pass by Fairy Dance - the pink little box and the playful bottle are already eye-catchers.
And the addition "Secret Wish" further piqued my curiosity - because who doesn't have secret wishes?

The dewy fresh entry of zesty mandarin and juicy mango immediately mobilizes the spirits of life.
The pink pepper continues to add liveliness.
I see Tinkerbell surrounded by little stars fluttering around my nose.
The bamboo is green and exotic, while the rose is soft and romantic.
The delicate vanilla bathes the fragrance in a warm, golden-yellow light.

Fairy Dance paints a smile on my face, as it is a true fountain of youth.
I remember how many years ago I bought my first Anna Sui, and with that memory, I shed a few of my years.

Perhaps that was the secret wish written as a subtitle on the little box?

Dancing Elves in the Garden
Dancing elves are only seen by children. And the mentally ill. And I wish I could see them just once.

Delicate fruits, gentle aroma, make for a lovely opening here. It is not as fruity as Escada's summer versions, nor does it come across like a fruit cocktail. The aroma is more like sliced fruits, decoratively arranged on a plate, ready for consumption. And right away, the rose! Also delicate, but present.

Bamboo adds a bit of crisp freshness, but in my opinion, it doesn't weigh in very heavily. The slightly woody notes at the end (yes, I find wood here too) form a kind of plate on which all the other players are beautifully and airily presented. Fairy Dance is not very sweet, which one might fear due to the vanilla in the base. It remains light, fluffy, fresh-fruity with rose powder.

Admittedly, I wouldn't wear it now, but the bottle is once again so adorably girlish that I, as an old witch (compared to an elf!!) would definitely display it if I received it as a gift.

Simply Enchanting
This is truly a wow-effect fragrance, such a lovely little knockout.
Super delicious, lightly spicy with notes of mango, mandarin, and actually almost orangey, it smells wonderful from the very beginning together with vanilla and sandalwood.
The woody notes become stronger and spicier over time, transforming the fragrance into a refreshing relaxation bath scent.

Fruity one-hit wonder. After 4 minutes, the record is over. What a shame.

Fairy danced away ultra-fast:
a brief floral-fruity-sweet, slightly synthetic impression, then gone-
fresh through evaporation :-D

Light, fresh breezes blow between the peonies in the bamboo grove. Fairies dance through, tossing mango + mandarin at each other.

Lovely, fresh-fruity-summery - lasts a whole ten minutes. Then it’s gone. Definitely great for very young girls. The bottle is a dream ;)
