Cool red

"In Red" - a misleading name. This one is not a warm, but an icy-cold fragrance, complemented by ginger and a whiff of citrusy petigrain. Certainly a vivacious scent, at the same time radiating a cool tranquillity. "In Red" with its bracing display of sharp citrus oils and pungent ginger has a breezing outdoors vivacity and it's a good bet for those who don't want to be associated with a classical "floral-feminine" fragrance, but want to smell as if they'd adopted this wonderfully refreshing "who cares attitude" to life. Not my cup of tea at all, but nevertheless a good scent.

Stay at least until I've gotten to know you!

Good: You are from a Spanish perfumer.
Good: You are not expensive.
Good: You are quite visually appealing.

Not sure if good or bad: You are a master of disguise (where are the bergamot, ginger, and mandarin in the top notes? I could barely catch a whiff of cardamom).

Bad: You disappear before you even get from the cardamom to the flowers in the middle. Nothing of jasmine or rose, and definitely no lily. Violet leaf? Nope. Woody notes? Maybe, but more mossy. Musk? Nope.

I don't know what you're thinking, but the pace at which you dilute is unmatched!

Your EdP in the bright red bottle is said to be better. Based on the experiences I've had with you, I'm not sure if I want to invest that money anymore.

I’m also very glad that I only got a 20ml travel spray from you. That one is quite pretty, made of satin glass, and feels nice in the hand. Definitely nicer than your regular bottle, with which you certainly won't win any awards.
