Well done but not for me

Based on the notes, this should be a home run for me, but regrettably, on my skin in macro, it smells like artisanal barbecue sauce. If I focus to analyze it, I can smell the different components individually, so I can appreciate the skill and intent of the blend (hence my rating), it just doesn't work well for me personally.

sensuality in a bottle / Sensual Oud

An exquisite dark, syrupy, resinous, warm, spicy rose and oud combo. The whole blend is accompanied by amber from the beginning until the end of this fragrantic journey. I can feel some light touches of citrus. Oud has no animalic nuances here, it's easily wearable and totally unisex.

I love the the philosophy focused on the ethics and sustainability and the quality of Art de Parfum. Sensual Oud was my first try and remained the favourite of all their creations.

Elegant. Refined. Enveloping. Warm. Dark.
