A typical natural scent
I also had the chance to participate in the Alprausch *gg* and received 4 samples of these beautiful fragrances from Marron. Since I enjoy testing natural scents, I was of course pleased about that. However, the more natural scents I test, the more I realize that European natural fragrances are very similar. This certainly does not detract from the beauty of these types of scents. But whether it's Taoasis, Farfalla, or these Swiss fragrances - there isn't much truly new to discover. The only exceptions so far have been the scents from Aliqua (unfortunately discontinued) or from Florascent. These lack the typical eco scent note.
The situation is different with American natural fragrances like Strange Invisible Perfumes, Aesop, Aftelier, or Jo Woods Organics. I was lucky enough to test some from Igraine, which were really quite different. However, also in terms of price... *clears throat*
But now to the actual scent: Morgentau is a herbal-green fragrance. It strongly reminds me of Aura by Farfalla. It is a very relaxing yet energetic scent. A bit herbaceous-green and quite herbal at first, it softens after a while. Nevertheless, the herbal-spicy note remains dominant until the end. In contrast to Marron, I don't find it particularly citrusy; Wiesengrund is significantly more citrusy. This one is - um, herbal. Spicy. A bit like sniffing a herb garden that has been warmed by the sun.
For days when you feel like something more natural, this scent is a good choice. The longevity is typical for a natural scent: The Swiss Älpler lasts about 2-3 hours.
