Dutch liquor called Advokaat
Enigma Cologne starts with a very pronounced bergamot. Then we started to feel a delicious Cognac that reminds me of a Dutch liquor called Advokaat. It has a certain Coca-Cola vibe, as many people have already mentioned. But after a few hours is when the perfume pleases me the most, with an addictive drydown and a perfect sillage to my nose.
Longevity is quite good and the sillage is better than I expected.

Almost perfection, in the middle of two different paths.
What is the intention of this perfume? We have here the typical chord that pretends to be sexy mixing ingredients like vainilla, alcohol and tobacco. A completely night out kind of fragrance. Before testing I was expecting something sexy but in a luxury way, maybe the sexier perfume in this range of notes (Herod, Tobacco vanille, Back to black, chergui, etc..). But I found something different, we have those notes, but the intention of this perfume is not sexy. After a dared and shocking start, the perfume quickly turns into a totally different texture that what I´ve seen in another range of perfumes.. like.. Blue amber - Montale, Amber Oud - by kilian, Ambre precieux, etc. This has clearly another intention. Something like ambered vanille but not in a sexy way if not in a powdery, comfortable, friendly and warm adorned vanille. This is not what I was waiting for, but being what it is, we have a masterfully well blended powdery and relaxing perfume, that uses ingredients to grab attention but in a safe way, on a secondary level to complement the main idea. Personally, I'd rather have this two intentions (seduction/endearing) separately in different perfumes.

Spice of life
An intoxicating foray of black pepper and Lime collided intensely yet stunningly with freshly chopped ginger and cognac straight from its oak cask. Exquisitely underpinned by a bouquet of animalistic Jasmine massaged in benzoin and barrel aged tobacco. A Boozy, classy delicate dance on the promenade; cigar smoke fills the air while the spill of spirits become more distinguished with each temptress that passes by.

I don't sniff it but this sure does smell like Coke...a Cola
you know how we all wish we can go around and smell like our favorite bottle of soda? and you figure to yourself "hey let me just pour this old bottle of grape fanta over myself and see what kind of compliments I can pull"? and so you did? and you remember what happened right? you felt like shit cuz you were so sticky from the massive amount of sugar in the soda; insects would not leave you alone all day; and the dread you felt knowing you have to take those classes to get custody of your kids back? yeah you remember, because I remember that day: boy were you an embarrassment.

well what if I told you there is finally a way for you to smell like carbonated, medicinal goodness, all without child services knocking on your door? and guess what; it's only 200 times the cost of that one bottle of soda! judging by that look on your face I'd say you're curious and I am here to tell you that God damn it where there is a will there is a way.
Roja creation e pour homme parfum cologne (I think I got the name right, I really wish Roja would find a better way to name these fucking things) is a resinous, Ambery a slightly medicinal fragrance that has a very unique fizz like quality about it when sprayed on skin, that when combined with the fragrance itself gives off its trademark Coca-Cola vibe.

I am one that enjoys wearing fragrances that I find to smell good, but I also enjoy fragrances as art especially when there's a theme and a vision behind it ( shout outs to T-Rex and Rhino ) even if I wouldn't necessarily wear it. fragrance like this normally wouldn't be up my alley, but there's just a slight nostalgic touch and a calm medicinal factor to it that isn't off putting to my nose, as I'm not the biggest fan of medicinal fragrances.
performance on me is okay I get 6 hours usually; eight in a really controlled environment, fragrance isn't what I would call a projection beast but with this scent profile you don't necessarily want it to or else you would be kind of offensive. it's safe to say maybe elbows length projection? this is the scent that due to the Amber and the residence qualities would you know be better suited for the fall but it's not quite so heavy that it could withstand the punishment of the winter so it might be strictly fall/Cool spring nights.
presentation as with all Roja is immaculate even though this is a flanker of the more expensive parfum version, and the price (390) reflects that.

luckily our friends over at olfactory, venba fragrances, and some Sellers and Facebook groups have this for well on the market value, as I seen it as low as 179.

I keep forgetting to give my fragrance review scores so I will leave you with this; it's a nice unique fragrance that you probably don't already have in your sent profile especially if you're a beginner but please sample this or walk into a local Neiman Marcus or saks and try before you buy because this certainly isn't for everyone.

A spectacular blend that smells like a boozy vanilla Coke with a touch of cherry.
I haven't tried that many of Roja Dove's creations, but Enigma Parfum Cologne smells spectacular.

It opens up with a very fizzy, yet a bit boozy bergamot (an awesome opening, tbh). Then, the florals start to come in the mids. I can't quite describe what kind of florals, but it is there and I can feel it. Lastly, the drydown. Good lord, the drydown of Enigma Parfum Cologne is just beautiful. The cognac, tobacco, vanilla, and benzoin here are blended wonderfully. I do get the boozy-vanilla-coke with a touch of cherry in the drydown, which is great.

It is one of those fragrances that really have noticeable differences between each layer of the pyramid (top, mid, and base notes).

It lasts for a very long time, with a very good projection. The whiffs I get from the sillage when I'm wearing this one is just awesome, even when I only use two or three sprays.

It is beautifully blended, performs greatly, and I'd even wear it on a summer night (or even a summer day, as long as I go easy on the sprays). I don't know if I'm pushing it too far, but it is that amazing to me. You'll definitely get those compliments that you want and deserve.

Something I'd love to tell you though:
- It does not smell like Herod, like what some people have said.
- It is so underrated.
- I think it is the best out of every Roja's Parfum Cologne collection, Elysium is my second place.

My rating:
- Scent: 10/10 (probably my first ever 10/10 fragrance in terms of scent)
- Longevity: 9.6/10
- Projection and Sillage: 8.8/10
- Versatility: 8/10
- Value: 8.5/10 (well, even though it's quite expensive, it's worth the money for me).
- Uniqueness and Complexity: 9.5/10 (it is more complex than it is unique)
- Overall: 9.1/10

Oldschool DNA, tobacco, slightly herbaceous, a dash of animalic notes and Cola Lollys in the background. I've never smelled this combination

Very unique and sophisticated, complex and boozy, but I don't get the "magic". It's fine but nothing special to me.

Sparkling and zesty Cognac with citruses in the opening. Powdery heliotrope and tobacco in the heart. Vanilla and ambergris in the drydown.

On my skin, this was Coca-Cola - with poor performance ...

Dense cola with undertones of almond, tobacco and liquor, although cola is front and center. Underwhelming, honestly.

Complex vanilla cola opening, very fizzy with a hint of cognac. Florals and tobacco then come out for a rich memorable scent. Does seem old.

Well there is vanilla coke vibe indeed, and the drydown is very good, but there's something in the opening that was too harsh to my nose.
