Rouge Balmain 2025 Eau de Toilette

I like:) what a beautiful soft version! I get gentle floral notes, a bit of grapefruit but just so minimal that the fragrance brings a freshness with it. The perfume Rouge Eau de Parfum is a powerhouse. The combination of osmanthus, clearwood, lilies, and magnolias plus this synthetic note that hits you hard in a moment makes the scent personally unwearable for me. No question, objectively speaking, it is a statement fragrance, but I have perceived this "burning note" that I also recognize from "Liquide (2022) | Liquides Imaginaires." The EDT comes without osmanthus and synthetic notes. Elegant, fruity, floral, everything is harmonious and soft. In the dry down, I get a fresh woody note. Wearable all year round, for any occasion. I'm glad I was able to stock up on a larger quantity thanks to a great sharing. For those who find the perfume too discordant, strong, or synthetic, they should test the EDT.

Rouge Eau de Toilette Pierre Balmain - this is not a scent from the "old school," but from a school with character. No dust, no grandma's handkerchief, but with flesh and blood. At the beginning, the creamy, almost velvety skin greets you: Lily and magnolia practically whisper "I am gentle, but not for the faint-hearted." Ylang-ylang brings sweet sensuality, but without a sugar coma for the brain.
Osmanthus here is not "apricot jam for tea," but rather a dry-fruity-leathery type that whispers: "I know what you did last summer." White grapefruit lightly scratches the tongue and ensures that the scent does not become dessert-like.
The base - Georgywood - warm, slightly animalistic, sits on the skin as if to say: "My scent is better than yours, remember that."
Unisex, but with the smell of a predator in a suit.
The longevity for an EDT is impressive: 6-7 hours - and you still smell like someone who knows the value of their clothes and their life. The scent trail is subtle, yet predatory.
In my collection, I have both its father Balmain Rouge EdP and this son in the EDT version - two of my beauties that have secured a special place in my heart.
