Smelling like Bridgerton
Updated 6/1/2025: This is a someone drying out some violet petals and then coating them lightly with a dusting of powder sugar. They go back in the open but only a minute, to help that sugar melt and create a little clear candy coat on the flowers. They are now ready to use for decorating. I imagine its a dessert that you would see at one of those parties on the Bridgerton show. This is a softly sweet violet fragrance and there is something deeper within the floral note, its not indolic or fruity. I am not sure what it is, but its not a straightforward violet. This fragrance is airy but enticing and it makes me think of the show women on Bridgerton. Where they have to be coy and flirt indirectly. A 10ml will cost you $65 and a 50ml will cost $185.
Original: This scent is exactly what you expect. It is a very light, clean, and fresh violet fragrance. The violet is the star without taking over the whole scent. You get green and cooling from the fir needles and mint. This Blocki does vintage inspired fragrances, which means they usually have a powdery note to them. I feel that this scent is vintage but that powder is light in comparison to other fragrances done by Blocki. I do find the projection and longevity to be weaker in comparison to some of their other scents, this only last about 5 hours on my skin.
