The Scent of Spring

This scent is exactly what you expect. It is a very light, clean, and fresh violet fragrance. The violet is the star without taking over the whole scent. You get green and cooling from the fir needles and mint. This Blocki does vintage inspired fragrances, which means they usually have a powdery note to them. I feel that this scent is vintage but that powder is light in comparison to other fragrances done by Blocki. I do find the projection and longevity to be weaker in comparison to some of their other scents, this only last about 3 hours on my skin.

Violets in the Woods

There are very few violet perfumes I love, but I can now add this to that list. This is such a pretty, earthy violet perfume with this wonderful lift of minty freshness. The woods and conifer add to that breath of fresh air feeling, as if I am taking a walk through a shady forest where wild violets abound, smelling nature all along the way. Just beautiful!
