The Bogue brand, created by Italian perfumer Antonio Gardoni, stands for contemporary fragrances that are developed using traditional techniques and modern intuition.

Gardoni works with artisanal methods such as infusing resins, woods, roots, and metals in alcohol, from which he produces his own extracts. He also uses steam distillation to obtain essential oils for his compositions.

His approach is strongly influenced by his background in architecture and design: Gardoni conceives fragrances in layers and according to the principle of reduction.

In 2018, Gardoni developed the fragrance Tyrannosaurus Rex for the Canadian fragrance house Zoologist, which is characterized by its smoky, resinous character and works with metallic accords reminiscent of blood. Two years later, the fragrance LiTA followed under his own brand Bogue, which once again picks up on this DNA.
