Mesmerized
L'envol de Cartier, has captivated me. I only write reviews of scents that I think are intriguing, and this one must be in the top 5.
Every time when I smell this, I just remember those days. Those carefree days full of love and fun. Huh, I'm starting to sound melancholic. Anyway, perhaps it reminds me of a beautiful person I knew some years ago. Scents do really emphasize a sentimental value to it. It's truly fascinating to me how we can smell something and instantly be thrown back to certain memories with its emotions.
Alright, the smell, yes. Musky sweet honey, with undertones of gaiac wood. It is only that, but just masterfully crafted to a heavenly experience.
I will buy a full bottle sometime.
On the contrary, everyone's nose is different and so is every interpretation. Perhaps if you dislike honey, woodsy vibes, then this is not for you. But of course, sniff it yourself and then decide!
