Angular base

Watermelon is one of my dearest notes, so I was hoping for long and strong watermelon hegemony in the CHIC. Unfortunately it lasted only for a few minutes. A nice, fresh and sweet, creamy beginning - if I am not enough experienced, I would have bought a full bottle after the first minutes. But later something happened, maybe the Violet ruined the harmony, but the fragrance intended to be flowery turned out to emit weird resinous odor, and after 1 hour it is 100% smoke. As though the drops on my skin would begin to grow old in an insane tempo, and make me older and older.
Unfortunately CHIC does not work with my chemistry, I hope that others have better experience with it.

Chic

The watermelon is very clearly noticeable, which I like. The scent is elegant and chic, just like some other fragrances from Celine Dion and like her as well. It evokes in me the feeling that I would be walking down a chic street in a stylish pantsuit, and somewhere a stand is offering chic melons.
In a job interview or a meeting or other work-related activities, this fragrance is surely the ideal companion that makes one walk upright and confidently.

And the longevity is incredible; even after multiple hand washes and sweating, it still wonderfully smells of melon on the back of my hand.
