stuffy musks

fresh coconut water and unintelligible beachy florals with a touch of sweet peach, skin like sweetness, and sadly a stuffy dose of musks. I find the scent to be lovely in theory but the musk here stuffs the whole scent up, and for me personally makes it headache inducing. If the musks were toned down two levels this scent would be perfectly beachy in a simplistic way

Salty coconut water and ylang

Like many others "aquatic" notes are tricksy for me. (Same with "fruity" notes) I don't think there are any "traditional" calone/cucumber/melon "freshies" I love....but I rarely do appreciate it when it's used more as an atmospheric effect; and especially when it's tempered with salty/mineral elements.

Lost in Paradise really captures this for me; the aquatic elements really add to the atmosphere--instead of shouting CUCUMBERMELON it feels like an ocean breeze, sun warmed skin and a freshly cracked coconut with a lime and a straw.

Not too sweet or too tropical, but definitely beach and refreshing. Definitely give it a try if you want something for the new normal heat domes.
