Actually Really Good
And of course... Discontinued. It seems. Can't find it in Haramains site.

The review:
At first, I wasn't so sure about it.

But now, it's getting better all the time.
Yesterday in the gym I noticed a real serious cloud around me, something that's not common for me. Even with 10 sprays of Atlas (megamare) on my t-shirt as a deodorant (wanna get rid of this shit and man it's NOT strong and not particularly good in any way, I don't care what anybody says) I don't notice any clouds of scent around me, but this one?
Ohhhhh BABY!

So it starts out in the top with a fresh oud note, you might say citrusy.
It's a particular oud that's also in faqat. Indian oud?

Then the drydown is where it's at. And boy, does it last. STRONG. For very very long.
I can describe it as dry, sharp woods. Perhaps even a lil peppery, the sharpness, at times.

Hyrax? Naaaaw... Very different, though it shares SOME similarities, maybe by 10 - 30% or so.
But it's not similar, per se. Not much.

But good, very good.

I think I can recommend it.

Scent 8/10
Longevity 14/10
Projection 14/10.

Great performance, great scent.

polarizing
I am torn when it comes to evaluating this fragrance. On one hand, one can clearly smell amber, incense, a hint of something slightly animalic, earthy patchouli, musk, and distinctly the previously unknown amber note (honey, tobacco, coffee) with a tobacco nuance coming through individually. When thinking of this, the perfume comes across as very high quality, indeed noble. I cannot detect oud, but the sniff test works, however.
After wearing it for a longer duration, I get the impression of mouthwash due to the strong sillage, with clove and alcohol clearly discernible as individual components.
After hours, it smells distinctly of wood, fresh tobacco, and very slightly cheesy on the skin, which I really like.
I have never experienced such polarization with any fragrance before. The development leans towards an earthy tobacco direction once the alcoholic notes have faded. At first, I wanted to give it a rating of 8.0, but since there is hardly any development, it became a 7.5. In the coming days, I will let the "bomb" explode at the office to see how it performs here.
Addendum after a workday: the 7.5 fits, but something bothers me about the scent: I still smell something alcoholic even after a longer wear.

Here’s a little poem to conclude:
I bring a clove to Elke, the flower in the vase exudes incense into the nose,
in the garden, a rabbit poops. The scoundrel fertilizes the tobacco patch, we watch him and drink mead.

The Beast Within Man!
Blind buy, one I will never make again!
As for the bottle: it doesn't get better than this, the thing comes across like a Rolex.
The packaging is absolutely insane.
The bottle is in a kind of leather pouch, which is in a very high-quality box that is far too nice to throw away.
Here, a clear full score!

Now to the scent:
Puuuuhhh, it sometimes takes your breath away.
It starts biting, bitter, woody, animalistic, smoky. Almost a farm feeling.
Yes, it’s not for everyone.
The outfit has to match.
So definitely not with work clothes!
More for a suit and again not for the office.
For events and best outdoors.
So you smell extremely like, animal, forest, and sometimes a bit of sweat, plus a load of incense, which I only knew from funerals.
So if you like this kind of perfume, this scent serves you very well.
On clothing, it lasts what feels like 2 weeks.
One spray and you or your surroundings are well served!
I don't know any perfume that comes close.

Dont buy this from Deloox, its their Golden Oud formula and has nothing to do with this one (animalic). They admitted this on customer srvc

Reminds me of Luxor on steroids, the animalic parts more amped up, ambrarome is strong here too, giving it a more animalic feel

An animalistic oud grenade like I've never smelled before! Starts animalistic & then stays smoky-oriental! Hard to wear :/

Bertolt may be a graveyard keeper, but he has an animalistic secret. At night, he sprays Imperial Oud on himself and becomes a werewolf.

Al Haramain: "A scent suitable for everyday wear." Yeah, right - and then everyone knows you. Sillage bomb. In the office? Beware!

Strong and animalistic amber scent. You have to like it - I personally think it's very good. The Portfolio series from Al-Haramain is very high quality.

Sprayable oud oil. Reminds me a bit of the Dehn el Oud Mubarak. Very deep and spicy. I miss a bit of the transformation.

A very dark, gloomy version of Jub25. But it doesn't come close to its master. Radiates well and lasts long.
