Majestic Not Quite
"Majestic" reminds me a bit of non-alcoholic fruit cocktails, of multivitamin on ice, of the artificial cherry on the ice. In my opinion, there are hardly any fans of this...

Creamy, light, sweet, very fruity, and easy to wear. Summery and almost like a June gourmand, like the summer flankers with exotic names. Those are the positive things I can say about this little fruit. Not too sugary, not too synthetic, not bad. Unfortunately, for me, it is also very indifferent, very interchangeable, very generic. A cookie-cutter exotic bird. I don’t know "Kirke," but in my opinion, it must be significantly stronger and more expressive. Otherwise, this would be the most incomprehensible hype I’ve seen in years. "Majestic," in any case, has not earned a hype or a rating in the green zone from me. A mixed-fruit lily of the valley on musk cotton - but at maximum boring.

Bottle: top for the price
Sillage: upper mid-range
Longevity: 7 hours, the RPs are quite good

Conclusion: the name promises a lot, the scent only partially delivers. "Majestic" is a very banal fruity. Cucumber instead of Kirke.

Of Peacocks and Fruit Cocktails
With my purchase of "Bella" by RP, I received this small sample of the same brand. Since it is said to be similar to a currently highly hyped fragrance, I thought I would give it a try - especially since "Bella" absolutely 'blew me away'.

So here we go:
First, a cloud of fruity notes approaches me. I can't distinguish the individual top notes. Everything is intertwined into a fruity sweet cocktail.
But there is something else - something powdery. I sift through the fragrance notes. What am I perceiving as so powdery? I can't say. Perhaps the base with its musk-vanilla blend is already showing itself?

However, after a while, the wonderful indefinable powdery something gives way to a baroque sweetness. Now the fruit cocktail unfolds in all its glory. A flirtatious peacock spreading its tail for its beloved.
Patiently, I continue to sniff at my wrist and am rewarded. Finally, I can smell the musk. Hm, I love these soft fine musk notes. Vanilla and sandalwood join in. Everything is very fine and elegant.
Honestly, I can't detect the floral notes and I also struggle with the spicy patchouli. My impression is that these notes are deeply intertwined and thus do not stand out prominently.

I find the longevity and sillage to be good. Quite different is my husband - for him, the fragrance is heavy and extremely long-lasting. I think everyone perceives it a bit differently.

Overall, I find it particularly difficult to grasp individual notes with this fragrance. This may be due to my still untrained nose.

I don't know the original. But this fragrance is beautiful, and although I'm not particularly fond of fruity scents, I'm considering buying it. The idea of sitting in a trendy cocktail bar outdoors and sipping a somewhat different - exclusive - multivitamin juice cocktail, while a small proud peacock displays its magnificent plumage nearby, is just too tempting.

??? The combination of musk-lily of the valley-black currant bud smells metallic-aquatic-unpleasant to me. I don't smell any fruit. ???

fresh-fruity-sweet, very close to Kirke but luckily not quite as loud and a bit less synthetic, beautiful, wearable fruit scent
