I am very fond of perfumes that remind me of things. Since I find the concept of the Library of Fragrances cool, I thought I could order two copies, since the homepage had 2 for 1. My final choice was Lavender Martini and Provence Meadow.
The fragrances specified by Demeter are Fennel, basil, thyme, lavender and rosemary. But the fragrance does not smell like that. Rather, it is an ode of terribly penetrating, artificial lemon fragrance and alcohol. After the test sprayer, the guy asked me if I had an alcohol breath. That's as clear a statement as you can get.
The flacon is now in our bathroom to destroy any traces of odour when something leaks - after all, the flacon is recyclable and I can use it for other purposes.
