How to beam
Just one spray and I'm standing in a coffee shop. Seconds later I know which one: Kaffeerösterei Burg in Hamburg-Eppendorf. Here you can find coffees from all over the world, in pure form or as a blend, and they are roasted themselves. There's also tea and mugs and spices and sweets and, and, and. But coffee is the primary item.
Obviously, I just bought an espresso, and I'm holding the bag in my hand. It smells like coffee and caramel. It is "Azucar." A Spanish style espresso made from caramelized coffee beans. This espresso smells strongly spicy and sweet-creamy. And it smells like this for quite a long time and also only slowly it retreats to near the body.
Gradually, the caramel retreats into the background, but never disappears completely. Instead, spice, bitterness and later cocoa step forward. Once I imagine to catch a floral note, but I would not swear to that. And so "Café" evaporates slowly and very hesitantly from my skin.
I've been waiting for beaming to be invented for a long time, I'm not much of a traveler, so I mean that part between here and there. Spraying on "cafe" showed me what that would feel like. I must say, is not bad at all, I would probably use more often.
"Café" was a surprising scent journey. It was fun, but permanently as a perfume the fragrance would not come into question for me. The good rating is therefore due to the experience, not the wearability of the fragrance.
I thank Kitho for the test opportunity.
Addendum:
"Azucar" ended up not being an espresso for me either. I thought I could save the sugar, but caramelized espresso was now but nothing for me.
