Hazelnut and sweet pear

This perfume is masterpiece. Congrats Quentin Bisch really. I like his perfumes. I smell tasty pear, and a lot of HAZELNUT cream, caramely nutty effect. In here Vanilla is helper note. You dont smell directly vanilla its with pear. Im not always a gourmand lover(I dont like Lancome La vie est belle or THİERRY mugler Angel). But perfume needs at least 1 try At Sephora shops. Very good staying on my clothes. 4-5 days, exactly. Dont overspray it maximum 2-3 spray. Delicious, peary, hazelnuttish(nutty) , gourmand. Drydown has vetiver touch.

Yummie gourmand

I really love this scent.
To me its a pear and vanilla dessert, it’s sweet but with a freshness to it.
I blind bought it because of all the hype this perfume gets on YouTube, and now I can just agree, love love love!
I think it’s a crowd pleaser and signature worthy all year rounder, will stay in my collection as long as it exists.

Got me chased down at the supermarket!

I’m pretty indifferent about pear notes in fragrances, but I absolutely adore the pear in the JPG La Belle perfumes. I also love the intense flanker to the original, but this review is for the OG.

La Belle starts off with a very loud and strong syrupy blast of pear and vanilla. You don’t get much else until a few minutes pass and the floral notes and amber come in. The leather and vetiver aren’t super perceivable here for me until the late dry down when the the sugary sweetness has had time to really wear out. It’s STRONG, SWEET, super feminine, slightly fresh, and a wonderful crowd pleasing scent. Men and women alike absolutely love this one and i must say its definitely sexy. To me, this is very much a gourmand but done in a grown woman way. It’s playful, it’s sensual, it’s delicious, and it lingers well on your skin and clothes for hours and hours.

I think the OG works well in all seasons besides summer, and is appropriate for day / night use. Would make an excellent date night / sexy night out scent, but can also be worn more lightly during the day. I decluttered this at one point and just recently got it back because of how much I was missing it. She’ll always have a spot in my collection.

Everything has been said.

Everything has been said about this perfume, so I’m writing this for me as a memory.
The perfume is a gourmand. To me it smells like marshmallows toasted over an open campfire. There’s a bit of smokiness to it and it’s very cozy when worn. I would consider this a winter or fall perfume for myself.
I also believe this is a unisex fragrance.
The bottle is beautiful. Sillage and longevity is excellent. Probably worth a 9 ml buy. I would not buy this in a larger bottle because I would not wear it every day.

Sweet like Candy, but with an edge

This fragrance is sweet enough to make anyone want to take a bite! I don't necessarily smell pear as much as a synthetic cherry/licorice type aroma. It smells "sticky" but there is a barely-there-impression of smoke and leather that gives it that slight bit of edginess. This could be dangerously addictive! However, I could also see it being cloying to some, especially in hot weather. Best to stick to the cooler months with this one.
