Not Poison, but Power

I started wearing this last year, and knew I'd better stock up. It does not smell exactly like Poison, but in my opinion, it's better. Poison came off as too synthetic and powdery for me, and caused a sort of bitter after-smell. Fatal Snake is like sweet and powerful but feminine. It is good for older women or younger women in business positions partly because of the strong coumarin scent combined with a distinct sweetness. It's sexy serious sweetness. It was a good thing I got five bottles because they stopped carrying it in my area. I think it is renamed Spell Potion now, but I don't know if it's the same because I haven't tried that one. I am going to try to make my Fatal Snake last though. I'm rationing it one bottle per fall-winter season.

As i had such a good experience with "overdrive" from this house, and POISON, - THE vintage-, even to a lesser extend the new poison of Dior, is already so long my signature fragrance, i tried this. What is this, iT has nothing to do with poison, it is bad as a perfume...I sprayed it, after 30 minutes I was very fast to the bathroom to wash it of. Really not good, so after that it has become (meanwhile it is empty) a WC sent, I have sprayed it in een glas container with wooden sticks in and have put it next to the WC.
That is my trick for fragrances I don't want on my body, and of which I think it would not be polite to give them away.
In no way it smells like the real Poison..And I use poisons that are still from the 80ties and nineties, as I wrote in another review, I go on the hunt for those vintages and use poison almost 20 years.
I know the story.. The juice is only a fraction of the price, might well be. (But what is the price in men labour to find the correct juice) I have never found another brand that could make a replica of my beloved poison, I have tried all those copies even from those oil shops on the Internet, so far nobody has succeeded, I buy all the so called "smells like" (one never knows, so far nothing) after all they are very cheap and replaces a WC refresher.

The Poison of the Purple Snake

I ordered the fragrance as a blind buy.
The original Dior scent is Poison by Dior.
Anyone who buys Lamis fragrances should know that they are duplicates, which are inspired by the original brand scents. This means it is a copy.
Thanks to Lamis, this snake poison is quite affordable and also a lighter version of the original.
So I can, for example, spray it on very well in summer without turning into a heavy powder bomb.
Even in the heat, Fatak Snake is suitable; the scent dissipates faster but is still subtle and pleasant
on the skin. In the style of a lighter Eau de Cologne compared to the original.
So no need to be afraid of it, and anyone who is a reptile fan will be satisfied with this version.

A cheap fragrance? No way.
Even in the closet and room, it serves as a little refresher in between.
Well, I am satisfied and say: "Thumbs up, all good!"

So, I'll try my hand at a comment again - I ask for your understanding, as I'm not very practiced here yet...
Yesterday, I tested the Fatal Snake Classic by Creation Lamis. Assuming that the scent would hit me like the original Poison, I applied it cautiously, but then.......
What can I say? Thanks to the lovely Beautycase, I had the opportunity to test all the Poisons, and unfortunately, the original, along with the blue night, was the one I really didn't like at all.

On my skin, the Poison becomes terribly smoky - apart from a gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanz tiny bit that apparently everyone likes (gourmand/sweet), I can only detect a "smoke" aroma - so definitely not my thing :-(
(By the way, the smoke also comes out strongly with Maroussa on me - maybe someone has a tip on what could be causing this smoky development for me...?)

Completely different is the Fatal Snake Classic - from the start, it is rather sweet, floral, and even a bit fruity-fresh on my skin :o)
What it is that smells so pleasant here, I can't exactly determine, but I clearly think I can sniff out some jasmine, cinnamon, orange blossom, and the vanilla notes (heliotrope, vanilla combined with what is probably very sparingly dosed musk) - as for what could be the fresh part of the scent, I unfortunately don't know - but it only appears minimally anyway.
The scent development isn't really a development - the fragrance remains linear as if freshly sprayed and doesn't really change on me anymore - except that it naturally weakens quite a bit in relatively short time... But in this price segment (about €5 for 100ml), I didn't expect anything else - I'm just glad I don't get any rashes or other allergies (breathing difficulties) from it ;o)
All in all, I would say it's an unobtrusive scent (the sillage is also not exactly overwhelming), which is definitely excellent for everyday use - whether for school or work: An unobtrusive little water at a great price :o)
