Flower shop realness
Opens with a blast of heady florals, with something green and almost sour/bitter cutting through. This is a cut flower bouquet in a flower shop, complete with sappy stems and humid mist.
Ylang-ylang is one of my least favourite notes given how it tends to overwhelm, but although it does become prominent, I actually enjoy it — the greenery and petrichor keep the fragrance well balanced, and the boronia and immortelle contribute a little earthy sweetness.
Final verdict: big juicy flowers with an underlying flower shop scent that keeps it just greeny-musky enough to be interesting.
