Night visit night visit
A succubus is a nocturnal, female demon that attacks sleeping men and robs them of a little more life force night after night. This can happen over several nights without the man(host) noticing anything except that he feels strongly weakened in the morning. The incubus does the same with the women. It is the male version of the nocturnal demon.
Ikiryo, or rather Vincent Dreamhouse, has dedicated a women's fragrance to these legendary female demons in his Coeurs Sombres series. There's also a men's scent in this series called Incubus and a unisex scent called Magie Sexuelle. In the beautiful photo book story that is added to the fragrance it does not end so well for the Succubus. He sucks away too much life force from the male victim, so that he becomes carnal and thus became a human being.
The smell
Succubus starts light and airy with a floral-fruity note. Watery tones of melon, immortelle and an estimated equally watery young rose mark the beginning. Immediately, an equally delicate note of lychee and a sparkling chord of something sour, which one could well call white wine or champagne. Then a far more powerful and fruity note takes over the stage. The fragrance becomes denser and richer in its projection. It manifests itself, so to speak. Since I can't classify this rich fruity sweetness, I will attribute it to dragon fruit. By the way, one attributes sexually stimulating qualities to the dragon fruit. Which are very well wanted in this fragrance! Succubus stays in this state for quite some time. Then it begins to become creamier through musk and cashmeran and a light incense decorates it even more. The fragrance finally ends with the addition of vanilla in a smoky-creamy vanilla ice cream note
Conclusion
Succubus is a fruity and smoky vanilla scent. It begins watery and transparent like a spirit, but manifests itself more and more in the middle and towards the end. Roughly the same as the fictitious Succubus in Vincent Dreamhouse story. A thoroughly successful performance! The fragrance is a little lighter in its silage and durability than its male counterpart Incubus and therefore has some spring/summer attributes. Who will be weak here in the end is still to be seen!
By the way, I had raised the quiet marginal remarks that I should report about Succubus. Which I have done with this. It is also worth mentioning that for the purpose of an exact test under wild insults and light physical attacks by Mrs.Can I had to repeat the test sample for this comment. Because she had snatched the sample from under her nails Now!
