Mild, pretty, and exotic.
Milano smells like sweet florals to start, but then develops with a sharp, slightly bitter green notes with a tangy orange kick. To me, this is a rather strange scent. Not bad, but.. unlike anything I've smelled before. It seems like each time I go to smell my skin, a different note stands out the most. I prefer it when it's more floral, rather than orangey. The mandarin orange note smells more like an orange peel than it does the fruit. Overall, it's rather subtle, and just a bit exotic. Not bad at all!
