It is... yet another Gardenia!
*gääääääääähn* -- I'm sorry, dear Jo, but this fragrance feels like it has 1250 identical twins. Why does there need to be one more?
Aside from the completely lacking originality in this scent, Gardenia is a solid creation, a floral fragrance that delivers what the name promises. More than gardenia I can't really perceive at first, although I think I can catch a hint of musk at the base. The latter note lingers longer, while the floral scent fades over time.
I love these white flowers, so I am generally receptive to gardenia soliflores. The longevity and sillage are also okay, plus Gardenia doesn't have that sharp sourness that you sometimes find in gardenia fragrances. Therefore, I still give it 50%. If this scent hadn't been around a million times already, it would probably score higher. But in terms of originality, Gardenia simply deserves only 10%.
