Afternoon Swim Louis Vuitton 2019

The Afternoon Swim by LV is one of the fruitiest, freshest fragrances I know and simply pure summer I got myself a bottle some time ago and applied it from time to time and was blown away every time, but it really blew me away on my last summer vacation... in the morning after getting up for breakfast and then to the beach/pool. The daily ritual of an all-inclusive vacationer. One morning I just felt like wearing this fragrance, sprayed it on and then went down to the pool, the sun was shining, the temperature was rising and I had this fresh, orangey mandarin in my nose.... I was flashed by this combination and since then Afternoon Swim has been the epitome of a vacation fragrance for me. The only thing that has kept me from buying it so far is the modest H/S, as I expect a little more for the considerable price than it ultimately delivers.
In addition, the fragrance progression is relatively linear... it smells bomb, but also somewhat simple.
Overall, the AS is an incredibly beautiful fragrance for the summer and unfortunately also more for the big wallet.
