An inspired scent ~~ powerful, but not overpowering !

Woody, leathery, smoky, powdery, spicy, fruity, earthy... this is a divine fragrance. I suggest it is primarily for men, but I can easily see a confidant woman wearing it stridently!

I continue to be happily impressed with the Al Haramain line of perfumes. Let me add that I am in no way connected with this company. One member said that when he googled Al Haramain he received warnings: I have no idea what that's about. I do not use Google (I use IXQUICK) but I just googled Al Haramain perfumes and there were no warnings. The website for Al Haramain perfumes is www.alharamainperfumes.com

Back to Leather Oudh... you can expect a scent that grows and grows, that endures and is endearing; it has many strengths, with the leathery note dominating. A great experience.

Al Haramain / Leather Oudh

Nice smell, nice bottle, and what smell?
Close to Rasasi - La Yuqawam, a little less rich, a little more raspberry and shorter holding than the MONSTRUAL BEAST La Yuqawam. Nice smelling with leather and raspberry, with really good parameters. For this price, it's worth it, if you like La Yuqawam and Tuscan Leather, and we want to save. A cool and interesting clone of the 2 above!

Raspberry on a Detour

It's time for perfume companies to stop throwing Oud into every name just to find buyers in the booming Arab market. Here, for example, one could have done well without the agarwood in the name. Leather Rush or Dark Berry Splash would have been much more fitting for this soft "Tuscan Leather" clone. Be that as it may: the wallet is spared and the scent is nice!

Actually, a brief statement would suffice here. But in my opinion, every fragrance deserves a comment, especially such a beautiful budget tip. "Leather Oudh" smells like a mix of young Marlon Brando on a hot stove and Princess Peach in a bouncy castle made of pink gummy fruit. An ash-black leather jacket in a raspberry field. It takes a high standard and makes it almost more pleasant for a fraction of the price. "Leather Oudh" is definitely wearable and combines machismo with the gentle scent of the fairer sex. Classy!

Bottle: beautiful color, very fitting, good shape, nice wooden cap
Sillage: when you get close, you might think it's a bomb. However, this leathery raspberry is actually quite soft and not as intrusive as one might think.
Longevity: pretty good... with 7-9 hours, you get quite far

Conclusion: for everyone who found "Tuscan Leather" too harsh and flashy - "Leather Oudh" is the fruity leather jacket that now even suits women. Berry-like and easier to wear. Perhaps just a bit one-dimensional and predictable. There's no movement here, and you know exactly what to expect. All the time.

Very good Tuscan Leather alternative and better than La Yuqawam!

Leather Oudh by Al Haramain has been on my radar for a while as an affordable Tuscan Leather alternative, but it was not available in Europe for a long time.
Now I have it and I'm pleased that it performs so well for just 35 €/100ml!

I own Tuscan Leather as well as La Yuqawam by Rasasi, which is described by many as one of the best Tuscan Leather clones.
To keep it short: Al Haramain does it better and, above all, more wearable.

Leather Oudh is better balanced to my nose and does not have the cloying fruity sweetness of La Yuqawam.
The raspberry is indeed present at the start, but it does not perform as strongly and fruitily, allowing the other ingredients, especially the floral and woody nuances, to unfold.
The leather note remains controlled and becomes slightly smoky over time.

Compared to Tuscan Leather, Leather Oudh is more subdued, yet still quite noticeable in the first 4 hours.

Conclusion: Super rounded scent, top alternative to Tuscan Leather, at a wallet-friendly price!
Tuscan Leather fans can buy this blindly!

Affordable Raspberry-Leather Twin

I had my eye on this Leather Oudh for a long time. Every time I wanted to place an order, it was sold out, so it stayed on my wish list for a while. Now the timing was right, and it’s in my collection. It seems many people know that you can get Tuscan Leather or Godolphin for under 50 euros here. The L'Aventure line from this brand is also quite popular, as you can find Creed twins for under 50 euros as well. For me, it’s a great brand that delivers good quality for fair money.
A fragrance I ordered blind due to the twins. I extensively tested Godolphin by Parfums de Marly and found it very interesting. I never tested Tuscan Leather because the Private Blends are simply too expensive for me. I considered buying Godolphin, but for this fragrance, it’s also too pricey for me, as I feel it doesn’t fit many situations type-wise. I don’t regret buying this one, as you get a great twin. I even find it a bit rounder.

The scent is a high-quality Eau de Parfum, which is noticeable. The sillage is very good for a long time, and the longevity is 10+ hours. Convincing and great for this price.
The bottle is very attractive and has a nice color with a lovely cap. The well-known twins are definitely of higher quality in that regard, but the content is what counts.
The scent is quickly described. Anyone who knows the mentioned twins knows how it roughly smells. It is very similar to Godolphin with its raspberry-leather blend. It starts with a lot of raspberry. Very unique and not often smelled. The leather in the base also starts quite early and remains extremely active throughout the entire progression. Thyme is also very present at the start but fades away after a while, revealing softer notes. After a rather unusual start, this fragrance becomes very gentle and settles nicely with a wood-leather-musk blend without significantly changing its DNA. A great addition to a broad collection, as this type of scent simply stands out. I’m not the biggest leather fan, but I find this fragrance interesting. Even though this scent is highly rated here, it certainly won’t appeal to everyone in everyday life. But it will definitely stand out in the crowd and catch attention.
In my opinion, it’s definitely not for everyday use. More suitable for evenings and leisure in cooler temperatures. It’s also good for dates and similar occasions when you want to wear a special scent DNA instead of the usual suspects.

For bargain hunters, it’s a great alternative. A high-quality fragrance for all who love leather and raspberry.
