Wood & Spices Montale

I would like to share my impression of Wood & Spices with you.

To say it up front. I love this fragrance, which in my eyes is an absolute all-rounder. I can imagine it anywhere for any occasion. Maybe not in the height of summer, but that too has yet to be tested.

My impression of Wood and Spices is as follows: Take Sculpture Homme Eau de Toilette and increase its longevity and projection. Now pour away about 15% of it.

Now take a glass of honey (an artificial, digital honey) but in a very pleasant way. Dissolve a bar of curd soap in this glass. This nice curd soap that you can smell in Italy, for example, when you walk past the detergent shelf in the supermarket.

Once we have stirred it all together, we fill in the missing 15% and season with pepper.

That's how it smells to me for the first 3-4 hours. Sculpture Homme Eau de Toilette in adult. Later, a spiciness is added that I can't quite describe. And after 8 hours I can still clearly perceive it all.

I would rate the longevity and projection as typical for Montale.

Price/performance is absolutely fine, as you really don't have to overspray.

The flacon is a matter of taste and you can also put it in the back of the cupboard :)
