A rich, diverse blend
A rich blend of fruit, spice, and sweetness. The citrus and black current are the most apparent, with a small dose of coconut, all sprinkled in just a little bit of spice. The middle notes give the lighter top blend a lovely creaminess but don't take it anywhere near heavy territory. Oud is not overt but it is noticeable and lends the necessary depth to complete the structure.

I think this solid composition is completely genderless, and stands apart from the other Nejma offerings. In fact, all that I have tried from Nejma have their own personalities which each add different qualities to the line. A nice compact range of fragrances to explore.

Pure Art of Seduction
For my 200th comment, I have chosen a very special fragrance: Nejma Six. The scent is simply irresistible and enchanting. It is the perfect blend of alluring fruity sweetness and oriental woodiness.

The opening is almost piercingly intense and extremely pointed. Most prominently, the pineapple comes into play on my skin at the beginning. However, this soon settles down, and the fragrance exchanges its pointedness for its unique depth. Yet, it still maintains its sharp focus on sheer seduction. On one hand, it is invigorating, but also so elegant and noble; the scent embodies both dynamism and statics. I also perceive something that can perhaps best be described with the term powderiness, which, however, does not push itself to the forefront but is woven in very delicately.

If we set aside the fruity component, Six reminds me of Soussanne from the Bespoke Collection by Keiko Mecheri. There, we also have oud with sandalwood and musk, just like here in Six. Both fragrances exude the same feminine art of seduction and are above so many doubts. I admire the powderiness of Six, how it keeps the sweetness in check. But perhaps it is not really powderiness; rather, it is something that softens, soothes, and dampens. It prevents a sticky sweet fruitiness from developing, which is certainly not to everyone's taste. It could also be the tonka bean that contributes a bit of robustness and serves as a counterbalance.

And somewhere, I detect a spoiled note within Six. I am not quite sure what it is. I would categorize it within the floral spectrum. I can't shake the suspicion that these are wilted flowers? Flowers that have dried up? Flowers that anyone would have long since thrown into the compost? But regardless, I am pleased that they made it into the fantastic Six.

The wood in the base spreads out and becomes broader. However, it is still an oriental, blurred wood. The fragrance retains its seductive skills. The Six from the beginning still resonates. The wood does spread out, but without the oriental fruity aspect, Six wouldn't work either. And fortunately, there is still something of the spoiled Six to be detected. All of this is now less glaring but still pure, shimmering magic.

Conquering
First of all, I would like to thank Tatiana80 for the sample. This fragrance has conquered my "Forever" list (even though it doesn't exist yet ;)).

As far as I remember, it is also the first scent that manages to excite me so much without any flowers at all.

The fruity notes are more warm and slightly sweet rather than sparkling fresh. Only the pineapple tickles my nose a bit at the beginning. The apple comes across to me without any chemical undertone, and it is definitely not a green apple but rather a bit ripe. From the mandarin, I perceive more the peel, or is it Petitgrain? Black currant brings a tart fruitiness, and I don't notice the coconut at all. As for spices, I suspect coriander seeds and cardamom pods... Basically, only the top notes have a so-called scent progression for me. Because I can no longer distinguish between heart and base notes. It becomes warm-creamy-woody, and the top notes float above as a fruity perception. Although I imagine that it mainly concerns the apple.

I feel completely comfortable with "Six." It is suitable for everyday wear if you stick to a maximum of two spritzes, and I would wear it year-round, not necessarily at 25 - 30 degrees C but otherwise always.

P.S.: Many hours later, I notice a delicate smoky-woody note during a few quick movements, floating above the still fruity notes. Oud shows itself after all, but only very softly. I must have missed that so far.

elegant little gold piece !!!
what a fragrance jewel!
fruity, delicious, balanced.
the ingredients reveal nothing about this complex, wonderful scent.... its full-bodied fruit, its golden glow, its tender skin closeness, its elegance
and the fine, subtle, yet eternal longevity (still detectable on my little fur after 2 weeks)

the similarity to nejma Le Parfum d'Alice is great. what remains there of explosive, lush fruit is here a fruitily refined, very precious wood. both fragrances are of intoxicating complexity.

but what captivates most is the mysterious depth of this scent.....

very feminine, very elegant, and quietly self-assured

Everyday life doesn't have to be boring
When I discover a great scent through a gifted sample, I never forget who the sample - and thus the wonderful suggestion - came from... Here it was the lovely Samtkleid! :) Thank you so much!!!
Although there are already 3 amazing comments here, and the fragrance is not a new release, I would still like to add a bit of my own two cents... even if it's not as fairy-tale-like.

Especially before I have to go to work, choosing a perfume is a small dilemma...
The scents I wear in my free time or just for myself are often a bit loud, sweet, or dark.
Amber, patchouli, and the like are quite special, and although I could,
I don't always feel like my fragrance being a topic of discussion.

Yes, and I've noticed that I increasingly reach for the 6....
Because: it is neither too loud nor extreme, but above all it is not one thing:
boring!
The described image of the oasis fits well, as the fruits make the scent appear juicy.
But the wonderful thing is how the individual notes emerge! In small clouds
the notes alternate, and sometimes I catch a whiff of a little fruit (peaches before my
mind's eye and apricots... my vision of the color),
sometimes a delicate coconut, and then I smell spice again...
I also have the association of water - from wherever that comes.
The scent seems unpredictable, my nose cannot make a strict classification.
Just as if a healthy land of milk and honey were dancing around me!

I mean, every time I reach for this bottle with a slight sense of desperation, the compromise solution,
I am again amazed at how much joy I have with this juicy-soft oriental...
not a compromise, but THE choice!

Well, it’s not completely quiet; I would say it's medium-loud, but where I prefer to hear the fanfares,
the clarinet and flutes cheerfully come to the fore.
And that, I think, is an art!
In conclusion, I find the base now spicy-soft and slightly vanillic on my scarves.

Therefore, I just want to champion (my oriental) "go-to" whether needed or not.... and I’m already curious to see how the little fruits will behave in summer!

More oriental Aventus (pineapple + musk + wood) in perfect femininity. Fruity-floral-powdery-sweet, delicate yet strong. Great for women.

An undecided scent that hides its oriental oud roots and beautifies occidental fruity-floral dullness with a hint of coconut.

Lightly creamy spiced fruit mix on fluffy tonka wood. Nice, but somehow feels like a high-quality shampoo.

A colorful fruit parade rolls over a creaky wooden floor. Someone has laid a sugary trail sprayed with shaving foam. Adventurous!

Everything fits together here. Warm, seductive, fruity, lightly vanillic, and beautifully woody at the end. Great longevity. Dreamy!

A floral-fruity scent enhanced with a tiny hint of oud. Overall, it feels quite pleasant and becomes creamy over time.

First fruity-green, the heart blooms with vanilla. Then unfortunately wood with a predator cage effect from oud. Now I have to pace back and forth at the bars.

Hmm, it could be really charming with a few floral sprinkles. As it is, Soussanne is without all the...
Benzoin, tonka, musk, sandalwood, dull & bland with a well-intentioned, completely dense, overloaded base.

A fruity, moderate, beautiful oriental with minimal sweetness and soft wood accords - I don't notice any Oud here and that's a good thing.

A somewhat strange mix of green floral, fruity, sweet, and musk. Freshness meets dust. I can't make sense of it.
