An okay sweet summer scent
I know it's just a marketing gimmick, but I usually have high expectations on flankers that are called "Le Parfum". They are often deeper and warmer versions of the pillar fragrances, which I love.
Nina Le Parfum falls a bit flat in that regard. I guess it is a bit more intense than the original Nina and also has more warmth, but there isn't a lot of depth to it. Like Nina, it has prominent notes of green apple and lemon, clean florals and a sweet base. Both are more on the spring/summer side of things to me, but this flanker is a bit more vanilla-focused and heavier. The lemon top note on the other hand is very sparkly and fizzy, and I think there is something about it that doesn't work quite as perfectly with the sweeter base.
The scent has a "neither here, nor there" feeling for me. Too sweet to be fresh, too sharp to be warm, too undefined all in all. It's not a bad or unpleasant scent, just not really my thing. I'm not the biggest fan of the Nina line, but I liked some other flankers better than this one.
