perfect perfecto

Woody perfecto is FANTASTIC! I by it for 199 sek in 8 ml an I can not stop smelling it. It is a C woody leather with oudh intense but it is not as smoky. My mom also love it and when I said "now I take Woody perfecto" , she want only to smell it. It is the same with C woody leather.

I found Parle Moi De Parfum while I did a little perfume research in Paris.

Woody perfetto opens up quite simple and calm.

Sad to say, but it did not suprise me at all. I tested it on paper and my skin. The drydown happened outside at warm 28°c. This helped the scent a bit, but the mixture of coffee with woody notes did not excite anything in my nose.

Hard to say, but this was one of my disappointments of Paris‘s perfumes.

The opponents here were rather strong with L‘ochstre, frederic malle and gucci‘s alchemist series!

Nevertheless I will give their other scents a test next time, because I will not count them out after one scent I did not like.

Smooth, smooth vetiver and dark coffee

Parle Moi de Parfum fragrances have the concise elegant simplicity of a haiku: just a few ingredients, combined in just the right proportion, for a beautiful statement. This vetiver has to be the smoothest I've ever sampled.

It's a fresh scent, the vetiver is juicy raw, and the leather note is quieter than you'd expect, balancing the perfume perfectly well on that border between feminine and masculine. Then the coffee appears in the dry down, a bitter dark roast, the kireji in the last verse that gives a dignified sense of closure to the composition.

The perfume is very discreet, but where I live, this is the perfect everyday scent that won't invade my colleagues' personal space or make me feel conspicuous on crowded commuter trains.

Grassy coffee

Woody Perfecto takes three materials that share a resinous, woody dankness bordering on bitterness – coffee, leather, and vetiver – and puts them all together in an admirably uncluttered structure that brings the best of each note forward, creating one harmonious whole.

Despite the minimalism, it smells sexy and good-humored. The coffee brings a roasted, woody facet, the vetiver smells like charred grass or hay, and the leather is bone dry; overall, it emits the slightly subversive vibe of smoking cigarettes in a borrowed black leather jacket at a summer festival. An elegant, clipped little scent, Woody Perfecto is a surprise standout in the Parle Moi de Parfum line and a twist on vetiver that will almost surely convert the vetiver-averse.

Yes, lick me on the tip!

107 attempts, the good "Wood"-Michel is said to have used for "Woody Perfecto"? :) Who knows, who knows - but I find the concept with the added "trial notes" quite interesting. Even if there is probably a lot of myth, interpretation, and a wink involved. But if in the end such a fine gourmand vetiver (!) comes out, marketing and co. can be of no concern to me - this is a hit, exactly to my taste! It’s no coincidence that these are still my two favorite olfactory "genres".

"Woody Perfecto" - the name is somewhat misleading, I would clearly not push the creation into the woody corner. Unless one counts vetiver as wood. Which one could strictly speaking do. However, the substance always strikes me as rather green, medicinal, and endlessly distinguished. And "Woody Perfecto" is no exception. Just significantly more playful and "food-like" with roasted aromas and a dark leather jacket layered over everything. Together, this creates a brown-green licorice feeling, slightly nutty, that I have rarely smelled. A consistent and clear mix of "Vetiver Tonka" and the vetiver from Sven Pritzkoleit. Even the extreme version from Guerlain goes a bit in this direction. "Woody Perfecto" achieves this outstandingly balanced, stylish, and playful at the same time. For such a result, one can certainly try and tinker over 100 times ;-)

Bottle: would fit well in a chemistry lab
Sillage: suitable for everyday use, with a leather jacket into the reed office
Longevity: satisfactory 7 hours (sometimes even more)

Conclusion: a quite extraordinary and rounded licorice vetiver - delicious & stylish!

Straight away this reminds me of Lui by Armani. Linear but has really good performances. Mostly get woody accord acompanied with vetiver.

It is high quality, it is safe, it is boring. It reminds me of Yves Rocher's Cuir Vetiver, but Woody Perfecto one is clearly better.

Green-spicy wood scent, calm and slightly creamy. Coffee and leather are only faintly noticeable because I know they're there, too bad. More would be even better.
