A Leather-Tobacco Dream
I consider myself lucky to own three of these wonderful little horses. And I love them all. The leather in the white Centaure is very soft, warm, and realistic, as is the fruity-citrusy tobacco with a plum-like fig note, sweet and aromatic. The vetiver gives the composition an earthy quality, while the moss adds a pleasantly warm-spicy dryness. The 90s awaken in the future, as there is also something very modern in this composition, and one can only wonder why this wonderful fragrance is no longer produced. It would delight many, many, many men, and as a woman, I can say that I find it very sexy on a man.

Leather Light
This fragrance is one of seven scents that P. Cardin launched in 1996 under the name "Centaure." Here and elsewhere, these are all virtually unknown, and which one it is became clear only after a visit to Fragrantica due to a lack of other information.

"Cuir Blanc," then, is presumably the lightest of the leather scents in this series. And - indeed, it is subtly leathery, with a distinctly dominant citrus note that is presented in a truly unsynthetic and natural way. The combination is coherent.

I do not perceive any major developments or surprises; however, the fragrance fulfills its "mission," namely that of a fruity and later, in the drydown, subtly bitter summer scent with various applications. Not really distinctive, but very solid and never unpleasant or intrusive. I purchased it in the concentration of an EdC, and for that, the longevity and sillage are acceptable.

My interest in the other fragrances from the "Centaure" series has definitely been piqued. The colleague is probably only available in the USA now.

Light, warm leather with a hint of hay, but unfortunately completely gone after just 10 minutes.
