Creamy Spicy Gourmand
Very interesting scent! It starts with a coconut cream note, but not too sweet or synthetic. Almost lactonic! And suddenly I think, why does it shift into such a medicinal direction? At first, I suspected fennel or peppermint! Then it suddenly hit me! My daily fennel-anise tea. This brief "impact" fades away, and the coconut note takes over. Subtle vanilla and a bit of spicy woodiness. I would almost say it's a spa scent... More beautiful than the Confetto in my opinion.

Wow … I've been looking for this
Hooked by the review of the lovely @Sten268 and the beautiful fragrance components (exactly my thing), I made my "Easter blind purchase".
My favorite online shop #Perfume History was nice enough to include a fragrance sample with my order (big shoutout to the shop for this! This way, you always have the option to pass on a mispurchase in its original packaging.).
What can I say: with the first spray, I already knew: yesss, this is how I imagined it, this is the scent I've been searching for.
Opening: Anise and almond, with a hint of coconut in the background (almost imperceptible)
Then vanilla and a bit of musk come in. Anise and almond hold their ground. The woods at the end are only perceptible to me as a creaminess that is hard to define.
For me, it's a big, grown-up sister of "Blu Mediterraneo - Mandorlo di Sicilia | Acqua di Parma" and "Mandorlo di Sicilia | I Am Sicily“
Sillage: not beast mode but good and long-lasting!
Now I hope you find such a lovely Easter egg too!

A small big declaration of love...
A few samples reached me a while ago as a nice goodie from an online order. None of the labels meant anything to me, but as a perfume novice, that was to be expected. I was a bit curious, though, as I kept moving the samples around in the chic little bag.
So I did what one shouldn't do: I applied all the fragrances to different spots on my arm... :) Yes, oh dear! Well, too late.
I was somewhat surprised that all of them were quite pleasant at first impression, and I had a faint suspicion that the fragrance samples might actually have been aligned with my order. How lovely!

Before I even get the idea to sniff my arm a second time, a warm, soft, sweet scent wafts into my nose, which I hadn't noticed at all before. I search for the source and find it on my left arm...

Incredible!! What is this genius thing? I've never experienced anything like it... okay, I've loved Gaultier² for years... and as intense and overwhelming as Gaultier is, I received it as a gift and initially found it too intense, only to love it deeply over time. If I could only have one perfume - it had always been that one! Until now. But this now - this scent captivates me so much that I almost want to inhale it without exhaling! The second great love! (... okay, maybe I'm neglecting a few other dearly loved fragrances, but it's my enthusiasm speaking...) but it doesn't matter, I MUST have it...

But which scent is it??
Of course, I forgot which sample is where and I can tell you, I became quite restless in my search because I was worried I wouldn't find it... the seemingly eternal but in reality few minutes it took for it to develop and for me to recognize which one it was were worth it. There it is.

I have no great knowledge of fragrance notes and individual nuances. I perceive it as very soft, creamy, warm... vanilla, amber, white musk, and almond are definitely leading here. It is overwhelming, intense, spicy, hot, and sexy... the hint of anise (which I actually don't like at all) I notice - only because it is officially listed - at the beginning so minimally that it completely merges with the scent and doesn't bother me at all, even fits quite well. It lasts incredibly long and doesn't lose intensity. It becomes more even, a bit calmer, but it remains strong and full. If it is woody, then it would be like cozy warm burning firewood, with caramel toffees on the table in the room at a little distance...
Just don't be too generous, because otherwise it might overwhelm you with force and could then be too intense, which would be a shame...

That Charms hasn't commented yet is completely incomprehensible to me. I would love to keep it to myself, hoard all the bottles, and not tell anyone how wonderful I think it is. But since it surely doesn't feel the same for everyone as it does for me, I take the risk - and maybe it will delight someone else as much as it delights me :)

More Confetto than HP edt.. Very nice, but also very subtle and rather cozy, yet very affordable to order in Italy. Still thinking about it.

Milky, powdery, a hint of sugar.
Finely woven, nothing stands out unpleasantly.
Reminds me of "Blanc Poudre | Heeley"
Longevity is moderate.

Includes a surprising freshness.
If you like that combined with the soft warm notes, it's definitely a good fragrance.

Gentle and clean at the same time. Almondy, creamy, and well-groomed.
A delicate and subtle scent. A blend of Kenzo Amour and Hypnôse Poison.
