I am a fan of roses, I have tried many rose fragrances so far, yes, there are some synthetic notes here, but if you give it a little time, it reveals a light clove scent.
And leaves it to the comfort of the rose. The clove is not at all overpowering here, the harmony with the rose pleased me very much. I can't breathe when the clove is so dominant.
If Pentaligon were to offer this scent, it would cause quite a stir, even if its name were Alaaddin Keykubat.
Of course, there are much more valuable rose fragrances, but I think they should not be underestimated.
The opening is slightly resinous, fruity-ambery, not too dominant, but in my opinion balanced.
You should also give it a chance, but I don't find it as masculine as the friends here say. I think it will suit the slightly cooler weather towards autumn and spring. With a sillage of 4 x spray, you can leave a rose breeze behind.
