Sun cream vibes
I was very excited about this release from Roja, I was hoping for my summer 2024 fragrance.
It is also a summer fragrance, but different from what I imagined.
The apricot and peach dominate the fragrance very strongly, which makes it smell mainly sweet and not very fresh. On 30 degree summer days, I think it would definitely be too sweet for me.
I can also confirm the criticism that it leans very much in the feminine direction.
About 30 minutes after spraying it on, it smells a bit like freshly applied sunscreen, it becomes very creamy, but remains sweet throughout. It smells like a vacation, it is very clean and simply pleasant.
As is typical for Roja, the bottle looks mega beautiful.
I think it is very successful, everyone has to decide for themselves the price-performance ratio, I have the feeling that the more expensive the fragrance, the harsher the criticism. Nobody is forcing you to pay the price for this fragrance :)
It will definitely make it into my collection sooner or later, but then more as a spring fragrance ;)
