Quick, grab a cola and then check on the ham in the smoke chamber!
Another one from the Soivohle hiking package... and again something that should fit well with my scent profile (for the cold months)...
At first moment: sweet and resinous. Some reviews mention cola associations. Yes, I can understand that! Of course not the zero or light version that I drink by the liter every day - no, the sugary classic! But that impression doesn’t last long. A smoky note pushes forward. My parents received Lapsang Souchong tea as a gift many years ago. No, tea with smoky ham aroma was not for us! But here it is interesting, as the perfume shifts from initial sweetness to salty-smoky. But to smell like a smoke chamber takes a lot of courage! I also think I can detect slightly leathery notes, even if they are not mentioned.
It’s interesting to look at the previous ratings! Most are around 7.5 with only a slight variation. Perhaps most other testers found the scent intriguing, but were not really fully enthusiastic. For me personally, 7.5 is a typical rating when I think: yes, it’s made with complexity but somehow not really something (for me) to wear.
